The seat and back shall be made of 15mm and 12mm thick hot pressed commercial plywood padded with high resilience moulded polyurethane foam 50mm thick having density 40kg/m³ in seat and 40mm thick having density 40Kg/m³ in back. The back and base of chair shall be supplied with polypropylene bead on edges and the backrest shall be made by keeping the natural curvature of the spine with full back support. The seat and back shall be arrested together with 50-60µ thick powder coated HR steel spine. The armrest shall be made of black integral polypropylene arm mounted on powder coated round pipe frame completely joint with seat and back. The frame structure shall be cantilever support type made up of MS CRCA powder coated round pipe of Dia. 25.4mm with 1.6mm thick. There shall be PPCP shoe provided at the base to avoid scratches on the floor . The seat size shall be 480±10 mm(W) X 450±10 mm(D) and back size shall be 480±10 mm(W) X 400±10 mm(H) from seat & overall height = 820±10mm, overall depth = 600±10 mm.
8	Examination Table for Doctor Room -Providing and Placing in position Examination Table. Overall size of the table shall be 1830 mm L x 560-600 mm D x 810-850 mm H. The examination table shall be made of sturdy structure and shall have a ratchet mechanism for tilting the backrest. Leg frame and intermediate frame shall be made of 30x30 section 1.6 mm thick M.S. 9	Chair for Pharmacist - Supplying and placing ergonomically designed, comfortable & aesthetically appealing Mid back chair. The seat and back shall be made of 15mm thick hot pressed commercial plywood padded with high resilience polyurethane foam 50mm thick having density 40kg/m³ and 25mm thick having density 32kg/m³ in back. The same shall be upholstered with leatherite tapestry 0.8mm thick and 535 GSM. The backrest of the chair shall be made by keeping the natural curvature of the spine. Moulded PP arm shall be used with cushion and leatherite upholstery. For seating durability the chair shall have torsion bar 360 degree revolving mechanism with upright position locking and tilt tension adjustment. 11	Storage for Medicine - Providing, supplying and placing steel almirah. The overall size of the Almirah shall be 915mm (W) X 485mm (D) X 1980mm (H). The Almirah shall be supplied with 2 nos. of glass doors with4 nos. of adjustable shelves i.e. 5 loading compartments.The glass used shall be 4mm thick clear. The shelves shall have folded constructions which have intrinsic rigidity andhigh load carrying capacity. Uniformly distributed load capacity of each shelf shall be 40 Kg maximum. Each rack shall be provided with stiffener at bottom for strength. The entire body panel and shelf shall be made of high yield strength 0.8mm thick and door 1mm thick CRCA sheet of grade ‘D’ confirming to IS: 513. The complete steel structure shall be constructed by welding and provide finishing with epoxy polyester powder coated to the thickness 40-50µ thick.
12	Customized Lab Table- Supplying & placing storage unit with an overall size 1800mm X 600mm X 900mm. It should be made up of 18mm thick Ply 710-grade BWP (Century/ green ply / black cobra Or equivalent. 1mm thick (Green lam / sunmica / century ) mica pasted on the ply on outer side frunished with malamine polish and all other profile i.e. side, back, shutter, skirting shall be 18mm thick and the edges shall be sealed with thin strip of impermeable PVC that is cut to fit the size of board panel and duly pasted with the assistance of edge banding machine at 200 degree Celsius. The storage shall have 2 nos. of adjustable shelf and 4 nos. of sliding shutters shall be provided for ease of opening. The sliding shutter shall be operated on sliding rail track and SS handle as well as push lock mechanism. To protect the wall from kicks, abrasion and serve as a decorative moulding, skirting shall be provided at bottom. There shall be buffers provided at the bottom to avoid scratches on the floor. The manufacturer shall have quality and safety assurance like ISO-9001:2015, ISO-14001:2015 and ISO-18001:2007, BIFMA membership and AIOTA certification.
13	Providing and placing moveable 3-fold screen of MS fame with green coloured curtain, having arrangements that it can be removed for washing and refixed. The overall dimension of the 3-fold screen will be 1675mmx2450mm around examination table. The MS frame will be powder coated in colour as complete as per sample approved by Architect & desired by Engineer-in-Charge.
