    1Servicing and overhaulilng of 3.3KV/450KW, Squirrel cage induction motor by dismantling motor from foundation base frame, transporting to workshop, dismantling cleaning, removing of dust, tightening of looseness of stator coils, brazing of coil connections, baking the stator windings in oven, varnishing with Dr. Bake insulation primary coat and finishing coat, ressembling the motorand painting the motor, transporting back to site including loading, unloading, assembling with the pump at site, aligning the pump set on the foundation, including testing & commissioning of the pump set on load complete as required.,as directed by engineer in charge on load complete as required.
    2Supplyingand fixing bearing for drive end No. DE NU 324 make SKFof motor by dismantling and removing the worned out existing bearing,complete as required .
    3Supplyingand fixing bearing fornon drive end No.NDE 6324 make SKFof motor by dismantling and removing the worned out existing bearing,complete as required .
    4Removing of existing wedges, if loose or fallen,making the key way by special drifts to remove existing magnetic wedge, particles, making freshbakelite wedge shaping the same fixing of wedge in slot and epoxy sealing it as directed by Engineer-in-charge.( Approx. of sizewedge thickness 32Cms, breadth 14Cms)
