| 1 | Work in day to day maintenance and breakdown rectification at site of operational pumps like tightening of loose nuts and bolts / replace if found damaged, fitting of gland, gland packing, bearing, sleeve, greasing, oil top up, check nut, cooling chamber, hose pipe coupling, coupling belts, bends, nipples, hose, sluice valves, non-return valve, foundation and other pump motor accessories of required with the help of spanners and tools as per requirement etc. of pumps replacement if required, foundation bolts, foot valve, water leakage at suction and delivery side , replacement if require. Any other minor maintenance work of operational pumps if required. In case of major breakdown of pumps, assistance in replacement of pump, motor coupling, suction, bend, valve etc. manually from surface to mine and vice versa including mine travelling duration. Maintain the log book accordingly on daily basis. Deployment of 02 maintenance team per day with 01 No. Supervisor (Qualification of supervisor is Diploma in Mechanical) Each team consists of 01 No. Fitter (Semi Skilled) having ITI in Mechanical Fitter, 01 No. Tyndal (Skilled), 01 No. General Mazdoor (Un Skilled). Total 10 nos of installed pumps at different pumping stations in UG mines of Rajgamar Sub Area. Spanners and Tools will be provided by contractor as per the requirement. Work assigned by Colliery Manager and Colliery Engineer as per requirement of the underground mine. |
