| 2 | M&L for single component polymer modified repair mortar with compressive strength minimum 38 MPA at 28 days (ASTM C 109:99) and tensile strength minimum 2.5 Mpa (ASTM C 307) up to 15mm in a single coat @ 34 kg per sqm for 15mm thickness as per manufacturer instructions complete all asspecified and directed. |

Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. |

Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all asspecified and directed. Note for Item No 1 to 6 above (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. |
