The fixing of GRC brick tile should take place on rough plastered surface of 1: 3 (cement : coarse sand) with Dual fixing procedure i.e. exterior grade cement polymer based tile adhesive Unistone ultimate or equivalent to be applied with exterior grade cement polymer based tile adhesive Unistone Ultimate or equivalent to be applied with exterior grade cement polymer based grout in matching brick tile shade to be used to tile group. Sqm 2 Forming groove of uniform size on the plaster as per approved pattern nailed to the under layer and repair to the edges of panels or column and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. Sqm 3 Providing and fixing Sand stone Skirting/Cladding (sample of Sand stone should be approved by Engineer-In-Charge) for Floor/Dado/Riser and similar locations where ever required in horizontal/vertical surfaces of required size of approved shade, color and texture, with moulding edge etc. laid over 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at all floors and all heights. Sqm 4 Providing anti-termite treatment using approved quality of chemical emulsion, spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as pre-constructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits, wall trenches, top surface of plinth filling, junction of walls & floors along with external perimeter of the building, expansion joints, surrounding the pipes and conduits etc. complete at the rate as directed by the manufacturer confirming to IS:6313 (Part-II) and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labour, taxes, sundries, T&P etc. complete. (The payments shall be made on the basis of actual plinth area of the building at Ground Floor & vertical faces will not be measured for payment.)
