There afterreplacementto suction pipe by way of providing/weldingof new suction pipe 200 mm(6mtr approx) . job also inlvolves providing/fitting of new flanges (3 No.). welding to be done by specialized skilled workman , handling with proper tools , tackles, employing semi-skilled workmanand suitable tools /tackles. The weld should be spurt and gap free and to be done with good quality electrodes and slag material to be chipped off. Fitting of suction pipes fastening the flanges by using new , bolts and washers.Testingfor any leakages. Complete job includes cost of material, hire charges of welding set and diesel generator set, labour charges, manual handling, transportation charges and hiring charges of tools and tackles. Dismantling the motor ,extraction ofthe rotor and bearings.Cleaning of rotor and stator winding with petrol and chemical cleanser. Thereafter applying Dr. Beck. Compound on stator winding by spraying impregnation process and drying the same with hot air circulation process.Checking IR value of the winding with the help of megohmmeter.
