| 1 | Hire charges for arrangement for erection and removal of the exhibition stall as per the enclosed approved Architectural drawing for the following specifications for 45 days or completion of exhibition whichever is later: |
| 2 | The stall shall be of: |
| 3 | I) (a) Stall covering floor area of 240 sft (22.30sqm) of size 24 feet x 10 feet and height upto 16 feet and as per the shape approved by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | (b) A Shed is already erected by the Exhibition Society on M.S. posts and trusses coveredwith G.I. Sheet roofing. |
| 5 | (c)Removing of the grass and clearing of the shed for preparing the surface for flooring. |
| 6 | (d) Flooring with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement : 4 fine sand), finishing the top of the flooring with neat cement punning. The flooring shall be made equal to level. |
| 7 | (e) Covering with 6mm thick commercial ply with required wooden/steel frame work on three side walls of required height. |
| 8 | (f) The total front elevation excluding main entrance door & fixed transparent portion i.e. see throughportions should be of wood with 6 /8/18mm thick plywood frame work for elevation canopy beams,pillars, walls etc. as per the encloseddrawings andas per the directions of the Engineer in Charge. |
| 9 | (g) Printing of advertisement flex of approved advertisements proof given by BSNL, HTD Marketing wing. The advertisement flex printing should be good without any deviations from the proof issued by BSNL, HTD Marketing wing. Providing and fixing M.S. frames of appropriate size as per the advertisement poster sizes for fixing the flex boards / vinyl posters with alround ornamental beadings of required size and design with necessary screws, nails, glues /adhesives etc. as required. The whole work shall be executed in such a way that the advetisment flex boards should be visible and the flex boards shall not sag or get loose for the entire duration of the exhibition.(Glow sgn board)(10\"x4\"- 3nos) or as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. |
| 10 | (h) Providing and fixingof 1200 x 2100 mm Single shutter entrance doorwith approved colour shade of PURE polyester powder coated aluminium extruded door/ shutter frame work with fully glazed door 5 / 6mm thick glazing on top side and bottom. The door shall be fixed with all necessary hardware likeheavy duty Hinges, 1 Nos handle, 1 No hasp and staple for locking arrangement, 1 No tower bolt etc. as required. |
| 11 | (i) Providing Synthetic Wool carpet in one/ two coloursas per the approved drawing for the inside total hall, entrance platform, steps etc. as required. The carpet laid shall be without any damages and shall be laid such that there shall be no loose ends. |
| 12 | (j) Supply 3 Nos. ready made computer tables of size 2100mm X 600mm X 760mm height with provision of shelves for keeping key-board, Monitor, CPU, UPS, printer etc.as per requirement. Necessary sliding drawers with locking facility to be provided in the tables for keeping stationary / cash etc., |
| 13 | (k)Carpet flooring on front side ofthe stall (about 100 sft. area) as shown in the drawing over a bed of20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand ) setting to the levels and pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Fine Sand) etc. completeand as per the instructions/ directions of the Engineer-in-charge.(l)Required landscape work on front side including providingflowering plants/shrubs etc. as required. |
| 14 | II) Providingfalse ceilingwith a combination of ply wood and white fabric lining as per the enclosed drawing. The450mm wideplywood pattern ceiling shall be provided with provision for 22 Nos.LED (white illumination) lights alround inside hall, back ground of false ceiling fabric lining and below GI sheet roof. All the ply wood of ceilingshall be duly finished smoothly with altek or equivalent putty and painted with approved colours of even shade of Emulsion paints. |
| 15 | III)Providing required concealed wiring and provide electrical fixtures & fittings/lighting arrangements with approved brand and manufacture and as detailed below:[ 24+24 Nos of LED(white illumination) , Tubelights (warm illumination) focusedtowards three posters, 2 Nos. 5Amps three point plugs, 2 Nos. 15 Amps three point plugs. |
| 16 | IV) Inside of the stall i.e. all Plywood portions of wallsshould be covered with flexis as per the direction of Engineer In charge as per the enclosed drawings and neat appearance ofthe STALL.( Rate includes for removal and taking away of all materials after completion of Exhibition). |
| 17 | All complete in full finished job as per directions of Engineer -in-charge. |
