Adequate water for flush out be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost complete all as specified and directed. (Note : No. of men employed on regular basis should be not less than 5 members) |
| 77 | Notes :-For serial item no 32, 33, 34, 75 & 76 contractor will deploy five mazdoor daily to attend day to day complaint as mentioned above in the concerned items. Mazdoor will report daily at compliant cell of AGE B/R - II Sub division at 8.30 AM to collect complaints and depart 5pm after attending all complaints. In case of none attending complaints in same day, recovery @ RS 250 per complaints will be recovered from contractor and in case of Non deployment of Mazdoor recovery @ RS 477/day per mazdoor will be recovered from contractor. (ii)Contractor accredited representative shall be available during cleaning.(iii) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for all precautions to be taken by workers while working in foul condition, Contractor shall take all necessary actions. (iv) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include excavation of borrow pits for dumping, removing including loading/ unloading and transportation in covered container etc (v)Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for Washing, cleaning floors with adequate water of any type of drops and splashes and leaving premise clean and tidy. (vi) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc ,hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs. (vii)Contractor will ensure to remove the foul material in packed containers. |
