Note: unit rate quoted by tendere shall include taking out sludge from line and manhole(liquid,semi-liquid,solid) excavation of borrow pit for dumping sludge, removing including loading, unloading and transportation etc Note:-Manhole cleaning in any depth area desluding, dewatering of man hole and etc is included in item no 32, 33 and 34.
76To attend and rectify of sewage system complaint in daily routine basis as per complaint lodged by user at complaint cell of AGE B/R-II Sub divisionby deploying manpower by cleaning/clearing/removal blockage such as blockage/ chocked in any type/size/height/depth/location of WCs/urinal/bathroom /kitchen/WHB upto 1st manhole of sewage line along with any type/size/height/depth bore of outlet SGSW/PVC/CI/ UPVC/RCC etc pipe &including all kind of traps such as inspection chamber/Floor/ Nahani /Gully /Intercepting /bottle trap/P or S/multi floortraps of any type SGSW/PVC/CI/UPVC etc and in any position below or above ground level, in any floor, located in different situations, including opening/clearing eyes of sewage waste pipes/vent pipe etc, opening the access cover/grating and taking out/removing all material such as sludge/ soil waste/sludge water/polythene /mud/silt/liquid/semi liquid / semi solid/solid /bricks bats/debris/soil etc any unwanted materials of any kind etc including flushing with adequate water after cleaning make the all system fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, re-fixing the existing opened access cover and removing all retrieved material/unwanted/foreign material in any liquid/solid state etc outside the periphery of defence land at his own arrangement where sanitary hazards do not take place as per directions/ instructions of civil authority and buried inexcavated pits in suitable size and depth and covering the same minimum 25cm thick compacted layer of soil with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earth work including applying bleaching powder to maintain hygiene. Adequate water for flush out be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost complete all as specified and directed. (Note : No. of men employed on regular basis should be not less than 5 members)
77Notes :-For serial item no 32, 33, 34, 75 & 76 contractor will deploy five mazdoor daily to attend day to day complaint as mentioned above in the concerned items. Mazdoor will report daily at compliant cell of AGE B/R - II Sub division at 8.30 AM to collect complaints and depart 5pm after attending all complaints. In case of none attending complaints in same day, recovery @ RS 250 per complaints will be recovered from contractor and in case of Non deployment of Mazdoor recovery @ RS 477/day per mazdoor will be recovered from contractor. (ii)Contractor accredited representative shall be available during cleaning.(iii) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for all precautions to be taken by workers while working in foul condition, Contractor shall take all necessary actions. (iv) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include excavation of borrow pits for dumping, removing including loading/ unloading and transportation in covered container etc (v)Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for Washing, cleaning floors with adequate water of any type of drops and splashes and leaving premise clean and tidy. (vi) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc ,hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs. (vii)Contractor will ensure to remove the foul material in packed containers.
78Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 1,04,430.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the acceptedcontract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
