Note 1: Proper Trip sheet records shall be maintained for bringing the earth through DAE main gate with security stamp duly signed by Departmental Engineer. Note 2: Necessary permission from state authorities for bringing the required earth will be the responsibility of the contractor. Note 3: The quality of earth required for the work shall be got approved from Engineer-in-charge before supply. Note 4: The item rate shall include the Royalty and any other taxes payable to the state authority. |

The rate of concrete shall include all labour equipment charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS:9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 3. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F. |

| 26 | Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab.
