Tender For Maintenance Of Various Gardens Of Dongribuzurg Mine For A Period Of 03 Months - Maintenance Of Garden At Dongri Buzurg Mine: Scope Of Work. Maintenance Of Garden As Per List Below Includes Weeding Out The Grown Up Grass, Unwanted Weeds, Weeding Out Grass, Watering, Watch And Ward And Maintenance Part Complete As Dirtected. Works Includes The Miscellaneous Cleaning Works, Cutting, Trimming, Plantation Work, Manuaring Works, Weeding Of Unwanted Plants For Maintaining The Gardens In Sound Shape And Condition. Various Cutting Tools, Trimming Tools To Be Managed By The Contractor At His Own Expenses. Expenses Towards Providing The Necessary Cutting, Trimming Tools Will Not Be Provided By Company At Any Cost. The Contractor Has To Maintain The Various Gardens Located At Different Location Completely And Will Have To Prove Performance Of Each Component Individually And Of Whole Work As Per The Standards Laid Down In Contract. The Performance Of Contractor Will Be Accesses On Monthly Basis As A Whole Scheme. During This Period The Contractor Shall Have To Appoint Necessary Staff ( Including Supervisor, Gardeners Etc. ) For Maintenance Of Various Gardens. The Candidature Of The Staff Being Engaged By Contractor Shall Have To Be Approved By The Engineers In Charge. During This Period The Staff Engaged For Maintenance Of Various Gardens Will Be Paid By The Contractor As Per The Wages Rules And All The Responsibilities Of Employees Regarding Safety / Insuarance Etc. Will Be Of The Contractor. Contractor And His Staff Shall Arrange Training For The Staff To The Satisfaction Of Engineer In- Charge. The Contractor Shall Provide The Sufficient Staff At Every Locations Of Gardens As Mentioned Below And Maintain And Keep Records Of Equipments, Installed In Various Gardens. The Electricity Charges Will Be Borne By Moil. All Materials Required For Regular Maintenance Of Garden Like Supply And Stacking Of Well Decayed Cattle Manure, Fertilizer I.E. Dop, Urea, Insecticides, Pesticides, Micro Nutrients Of Approved Quality, Seasonal Plants As Directed Etc. Shall Be Provided By The Contractor At His Own Cost And His Expenses. The Contractor Shall Have To Arrange For Security, Watch And Ward Maintains The Premises Area Of Gardens As Mentioned Below. The Contractor Shall Provide Necessary Staff For Watch And Ward And Maintainance Of Garden Areas Mentioned Below Under This Work And Shall Upkeep The Premises. The Contractors Staff Shall Maintain The Record Of Stock Of Inventary If Any At This Area. All Necessary T & P, Garden Pipes, Machinaries Like Grass Cutting Machine Etc. Required To Maintain The Garden Shall Be Provided By The Contractor At His Own Cost And Expenses. All Cuttings, Accumulations, Trimming Waste, Debris, Foreign Materials Like Plastic, Papers Etc. To Be Removed From Garden And Disposed At Proper Place On Daily Basis. Appropriate Protection And Signage To Be In Place At Garden While Works / Use Of Pesticides Are In Progress To Ensure The Health And Safety Of Residence, Contractorsoperative And General Public Where Applicable.
