The Successful Bidder, Whose Bid Is Accepted By Railway Administration, Shall Be Required To Produce Original Valid Document Of Such A Registration At The Time Of Taking Delivery Of Material. Certificate Is Required From The Firm Regarding The Total Waste Purchased And Processed For The Current Financial Year ( Till The Time Of Auction ) To Assess The Validity. Registration Certificate Cum Pass Book Should Be Brought At The Time Of Delivery To Make Necessary Verification & Entry.If Rate / Amount Of Gst And Other Taxes Leviable Under Various Laws Of Central / State Government As Applicable At The Time Of Delivery, Are Higher Than That Mentioned In The Bid Sheet / Delivery Order, Then The Difference Amount Will Be Recovered From The Purchaser Before Delivery Of The Sold Lot.Photograph Available On Ireps.
