    Tender Details

    Scope Of Work Covers Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Of Cctv Cameras Which Shall Be On The Basis Of Single Point Responsibility; Completely Covering The Activities And Services In Respect Of All The Equipments And Works Specified And Covered Under The Specifications Including Cctv Cameras, Rf Ptp Radios, 32 Channel Nvr, 8-Port Gigabit Switches, Sfp-Gigabit Lcs. Etc., Shall Be Under The Bidder Scope.Comprehensive Annual Maintenance And Services In Respect Of All Cctv Components Shall Also Include:1 ) Corrective Maintenance: Shall Provide Onsite Corrective Maintenance And Support For All Components During Prime Shift Hours Of Coverage. Shall Provide Support In Trouble Shooting The Day-To-Day Cctv Camera Problems And Put The Cameras In Continuous Working Condition. Periodically Monitor & Checking The Performance Of The Cctvs And Cleaning The Poes, Racks, Switches And Media Converts Etc., Free From Dust And Dirt.2 ) Replacement Of Defective Parts: Any Components Found Defective, Shall Rectify / Repair / Replace The Same With New One.3 ) Supervision Of Cctv Maintenance Works: For Overall Supervision Of Cctv Maintenance Works, Shall Deploy One Resident Engineer As And When Required Who Is Well Versed With Cctv Maintenance Works. During The Maintenance, Resident Engineer Should Perform Fine Tuning And Configuration Of The Cctv Equipments Including Cameras, Poes, Switches, Nvr, Hdd Etc., So As To Working Continuously Without Delay.4 ) After The Completion Of Contract, The Service Provider Should Hand-Over All The Cctv Cameras In Good Condition / As Taken Over By The Service Provider At The Beginning Of The Commencement Of The Amc. Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Of Cctv Cameras And Other Components As Per Technical Specifications At Btps For The Year 2022-23
