3Factory built Floor mounted Packaged Air conditioning units: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Factory built Floor mounted Packaged Air conditioning units of approved make and model, comprising of multiple Scroll compressors, DX evaporator coil with cross hatched high efficiency copper tubes, thermostatic expansion device & distributor, DIDW/DX centrifugal blower with 3 phase drive motor, air-cooled condenser suitable for 45 deg C ambient temperature etc. Each package unit with not less than 550 CFM(Cubic feet per minute)/TR complete with microprocessor control. Each Evaporator unit shall be with Scroll compressors, controls such as contactors, over load protector for all motors, HPLP cutouts, single phase preventor, evaporator coil, evaporator fan complete with motor, adjustable belt drive, insulated drain pan assembly, super-heat expansion valve, refrigerant filter drier with shut off valves and dry-fabric cleanable type filter. Condensing unit shall comprise of condenser coil and condenser fan motor etc. The evaporator unit and condensing unit will be factory assembled in a compact heavy gauge steel cabinet, duly painted, complete with all materials, labour, tools, tackles, consumable etc., including pressure testing & charging of refrigerant gas/ oil, fixing of isolation valves, catchall drier/filter, Canvass connection, Machine outlet dampers, Vibration isolation pads, lifting-shifting & positioning at appropriate location (minimum configuration n Working + 1 Stand-By total n+1 unit). Detail calculation for ariving at value "n" is to be submitted for approval from the AC manufacturer. Tentative required data is given in the technical specifications. Package type Air Conditioning Units (Required capacity to be indicated).
4Hard Drawn refrigerant Copper piping: Supply & installation of Hard Drawn refrigerant Copper piping (16 / 19 guage) with necessary insulation to interconnect indoor and outdoor units.
5GI DUCTING - Supply, Fabrication, installation and testing of sheet metal ducting complete with flanges. While taking duct measurements, vanes, collars, etc., will also be measured and accounted for 22 guage
6DUCT THERMAL INSULATION: Duct Thermal Insulation with aluminium foil faced Nitrile rubber of 9 mm thickness.
7Supply, installation, testing and balancing of aluminum powder coated grilles/Diffusers (as required based on site feasibility): Extruded Aluminium Powder coated supply / return air grilles with Volume control dampeners.
8The volume control shall be made out-off 16G Galvanized sheet blades, with 16G Galvanized sheet frame, Galvanized steel linkage, with flange on both sides, with manual adjustment handle.

37Supply, installation, testing of earthing system consisting of 3 earth pits of perforated GI pipes earthing electrodes and copper plate terminal block including construction of chamber using cement concrete with earthing pit cover and frame, supply of charcoal, salt etc including supply of interconnecting cables / strips including necessary welding etc complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of the site engineer, including cost of tools, materials etc complete in all respects as per drawing The job shall also include testing of each earth pit and the entire earthing system on whole. 142Liquid Elastomeric Waterproofing: Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @ 10.76 litre/10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/ system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

[Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations] : Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)
146Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually or by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations]
147Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
