21DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS EARTH: Carting away ( transporting and disposing ) of surplus earth,lime,moorum,rubbish,debris including refractory /insulation debris,shrubs and vegetations from construction area beyond the initial lead of 500M to anywhere including re-excavatingthe deposited soil excavated earlier, transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depths and heights, stacking, levelling and dressing both the area (viz. from where the earth is transported and where it is deposited)to requiredlevelsandslopes completewith all liftsas per the direction of the Owner/ Engineer-in- Charge. For carting on the basis of truck measurements (Volume of truck reduced by 30% for voids). Note : Outing gate of Refineryshall be decided by NRL / EIC as per the site condition . 46Supplying, fabricating and erecting in position at all levels and locations ELECTROFORGED GRATING purchased from approved manufacturer conforming to specification TP-1ZZZA-CV-SPE-0024 & standard no TP-1ZZZA-CV-SDD-0003 in walkways, platforms, stair landing, drains, catch basins etc. including cutting to required size, shape, making holes, notches, openings of required size, nosing, straightening if required, making the edges smooth, removing the burrs, fabricating clamps, fixing, tack welding, preparation and submission of fabrication drawings etc. all complete as specified and directed. Painting shall be as specified and wherever required, repairs of damaged surface coat after erection, complete with all tools, equipments and labour, for all depths and heights as per drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Inspection and checking shall be deemed considered. Floor Grating shall be Electroforged from mild steel Grade E250A IS:2062 and shall be minimum 25mm thk. Maximum size of voids shall be limited to 30x100 mm.Floor grating shall be hot dip galvanised in accordance with IS:2629 and tested as per IS:2633 and IS: 6745. Quantity of zinc coating shall be min 120 microns (900 gm/sqm) and as per specifications. SUPPLY OF ALL MATERIALS IN CONTRACTOR"S SCOPE.

Fabrication shall be bolted and/ or welded STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS of Grade E250BR (confirming to per IS:2062), BSEN 10025 S275JR/S275JO/S355JO (for universal Beam/Column)including all rolled and built-up sections/ compound sections made out of rolled sections and/or plates/ bent plates in all types of structural frameworks, floor beams, columns, stairs and any other structural items or accessories to support equipment, piping, equipment platforms(Circular/Horizontal) etc.,cutting to required size, straightening/ bending if required, edge preparation, cleaning, preheating, welding/bolting of joints with high tensile bolt (including Supply) of minimum grade 8.8 conforming to IS:3757, including welding of 16 mm dia nuts for Fireproofing wherever required as per drawing and standard, all materials and labour complete as per drawings, specifications, standards and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Including Surface preparation for painting (SSPC-SP-10),Supply and apply painting as per Specification No. TP-1ZZZA-PI-SPE-0003, fixing in line or level with temporary staging, complete with all tools, equipment and labour for all depths and heights as per drawings and directed. While fabricating the supporting elements the Contractor will ensure that dimensions shown in the drawings match with the site conditions. Additional supports as necessary with the site condition shall be fabricated and erected in accordance with the Standard. The measurement shall be done in MT of finished support. Wastage shall not be considered. Also unlocking of the Spring / hangers / and /or adjusting of turn buckles etc. during commissioning shall be in the scope of Contractor within the quoted price. 194Supply of paints and primers, preparation of surfaces and application of primer and finish paints, identification ( Line numbering), lettering, stencilling of equipment/piping, colour bands, colour coding, miscellaneous demarcation required as per site engineer such as marking on grade for underground lines/cable trays/trenches etc. As specified including rubdown and touch up of shop primer wherever required, providing scaffolding for all heights, labour, material, tools and tackles, consumables supervision etc. to complete the work in all respects as per Job spec. TP-1ZZZA-PI-SPE-0003 drawings and direction of Engineer-in-Charge for all type of uninsulated piping and insulated piping as specified including pipes, fittings, flanges, supports, valves, inline instruments etc. Surface preparation by blast cleaning and application of first coat of primer (as specified in Painting spec) shall be done in fabrication yard prior to erection. For insulated piping wherever blast cleaning with no primer application is specified (insulated SS), in such cases finish paints shall also be applied in the fabrication yard. The identification marks of the piping and joints shall be noted before blasting and the same shall be transferred on primed surface as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. Notes: 1. All joints (fabrication as well as erection joints) shall be left unpainted till hydrotesting. 2. No extra payment shall be made for identification (line numbering etc.) of insulated and uninsulated lines. 3. Quoted rate for Painting of Piping also includes Lettering, Stenciling, colour Bands & Colour Coding etc. as per site requirement and Technical Specifications and nothing extra shall be payable in this regard.
