Base metal thickness for ceiling panel and Carriers shall be 0.45mm and 0.55mm respectively. The steel surface shall have hot dip metallic coated with Zinc coating (galvanizing) as per IS277, with total mass of coating on both sides shall be 120 gms/sqm. The steel shall have organic coating with Regular Modified Polyester (RMP) paint on continues coil coating line. The thickness of coating on top side shall be 20-25 Microns (i.e. 15-18 microns RMP paint, over 5-7 microns epoxy primer) and back side 8-10 Microns RMP paint over epoxy primer. Total Coated Thickness (TCT) shall be 0.50 MM for Ceiling panel and 0.60 MM for Carrier. Sheet shall have protective Sheet shall have protective guard film of  thickness of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 6m (for panel) and up to 5m (for carrier) or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The ceiling panel shall be clipped into carriers which are suspended from steel trusses/purlins with the help of GI suspension angle of size 25x25x0.5mm thick by means of rigid suspension system meant for exterior. The longitudinal joints of two panels shall be butt joined with a special type of panel splice to be fixed from inner side. The carrier will be joined with carrier splices maintaining a module of 150 mm. The spans shall not exceed as recommended and manufacturer recommendations shall be followed on installation procedure.
9Providing and fixing  Klippon Galvalume steel profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) of Cold rolled steel confirming to IS:513-2008 of base metal thickness 0.50 mm, having Yield Stress of Min. 275 MPa. Steel surface shall have hot dip metallic coating of Al-Zinc alloy comprising 55% Alluminium, 43.5% Zinc and 1.5% Silicon as per the ASTM-A792M, with total mass of coating on both sides shall be 150 gms/sqm. The steel shall have organic coating with Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP) /Super Durable Polyester (SDP) paint on continuous coil coating line. The thickness of coating on top side shall be 20-25 Microns (i.e. 15-18 microns SMP /SDP paint over 5-7 microns epoxy primer) and back side 8-10 Microns SMP/SDP paint over epoxy primer. Total Coated Thickness (TCT) shall be 0.58 MM. Each layer shall be consolidated by power roller after watering, spreading chippings of stone and murrum complete as per specifications. 26Providing & laying factory made Grey / coloured pre-cast cement concrete, interlocking paver block of specified grade made by block making machine wih strong vibratory compaction & of approved size and design / shape, shade and manufacturers and as per IOCL"s specifications. The paver blocks shall have peripheral chamfer, with average crushing strength as per IS 15658, maximum water absorption of 2% after 10 minutes and 5% after 24 hrs. as per BS 1881 maximum dimensional deviations of +/- 3mm on length @ width and +/- 3 mm on thickness. The job includes supplying and laying a layer of 50 mm thick clean coarse sand on thoroughly compacted sub-base below the paver blocks, cutting the paver blocks wherever required with hydraulic splitter, filling in the joints at the edges of paver blocks with sand, compacting with machine vibrator to required line and level, etc. complete.

28Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

The driver shall be of constant volt & constant current type with internal surge protection. Each lot of Fittings shall have serial numbers and accompany LM79 / IS 16106 test reports and reference/batch nos of LEDs and fittings for verification at site. The supply of LED lighting shall be covered by a warranty of at least 72 months from the date of supply of the lighting and the LED light fitting shall be complete in all respects including LED, LED Driver, Electronic circuitory, Luminarie etc.
