Cleaning The Pst With The Help Of Machines / Manual Labour For Execution Of Work Taking In All The Safety Measures & Equipment And Disposing Of Sludge / Floating Material As Per The Instruction Of Engineer-In-Charge. 2 Making Temporary Platform As Safety Measures On The Side Of The Central Cage As Per Site Requirement For Dismantling Of Drive Head. 3 Lifting Of The Turn Table Upto Suitable Height After Cutting Of Rusted Nuts And Bolts To Replace The Balls And Repairing Of Liner. 4 Rehabilitation Of Existing Turntable Assembly For Noiseless Trouble Operation Of The Turntable Including Repairing Of The Upper And Lower Liner, Supply Of Components And Job Work As Required Including Repairing / Overhauling And Housing Straightening, Repair, Machining, Polishing, Levelling Of Bevel Gear, Bushes And Replacement Of Damaged Ball Bearing 100-120 No. Approx. 5 Pasting Of Sealing Arrangements Leak Proof For Oil From Chamber Wit Cotton And Gland To Prevent Of Oil Up To Required Level And Fixed Middle Part Of Centre Mechanism To Proper Alignment. 6 Repairing / Replacement Of Damaged Channel Of The Existing Central Drum And Central Cage Of The Pst As Per Site Requirement. 7 Renovation And Strengthening Of Scrapper Arms Structure By Way Of Providing / Fixing New Elements Of The Structure Made Out Of M.S. Angle Iron Of Size 75X75x10 Mm 65X65x8 Mm & 50X50x8 Mm By Using New Fasteners And Homogenous Electric Arc Welding And Balancing The Both Side Arm With The Help Of Tie Rod And With Adjustment Bolts. 8 Replacement / Renovation Of The Bottom Scrapper Made Out From 8 Mm Thick M.S. Sheet Of Size 200X3050 Mm Approx. With M.S. Flat After Making Holes At Equal Distance And Fastening Through The Nut Bolts. 9 Replacement Of Hard Threaded Rubber Squeezers As Per Size Of Above Scrapper With 6 Inch Wide And 8Mm Thickness Fixing With Nut And Bolts. 10 Providing And Fixing Of Ms Scum Box Of Size 1500 Mm X 1500 Mm Approx. For Removal Of Scum And Floating Material From The Pst. The Job Includes Dismantling Of Old Scum Box And By Cutting Of Nut Bolts And Fixing Of Newly Made Scum Box With New Nut Bolts And Washer. 11 Repairing / Fixing Of Scum Arm And Scum Scrapper Of Suitable Size According To The Size Of Newly Made Scum Box And Fixing Of Proper Support With Proper Alignment. 12 Strengthening / Repairing Of Pst Bridge By Providing And Fixing Of Chequered Sheet Of 8Mm Thickness And Strengthening Of Bridge Base Frame. 13 Coating Of Polyurethene On The Existing Ci Traction Wheel Of The Pst By Chemical Process Including Removing Of Old Damaged Coating And Making A Smooth Surface By Machining Or Applying Of New Polyurethane Coating And Then Finally Machining And Grinding The Same. The Thickness Of Coating Should Be 1” Or As Per Instructions Of Engineer-In-Charge. 14 Fabrication Of Ss Shaft Of The Traction Wheel Of Shape And Size As Per Sample For Above Traction Wheel I / C Machining And Grinding. 15 Providing / Fixing Of Ci Plumber Block With Bearing No. 1313K And Sleeve As Per Sample. 16 Repair / Overhauling Of The Gear Box Of Pst With Repairing The Main Pinion And Gear With Oil Seal, Repair / Replacement Of Chain For Motor To Gear And Top Up Of Gear Oil Up To The Level Point. 17 Providing And Fixing Of New Electric Motor ( 2.2 Kw / 3 Hp / 415V / 900 Rpm / 50 Hz ) With Pulley And Key Way And Covering Shed. Make: Havells / L&T / Bentex / Any Approved Make In Djb 21 Providing & Fixing Of Covering Shed Of Hut Type At Center Of The Pst Of Size As Per Site Requirement Made Out Fiber Sheet Of 5 Mm Thickness And M.S. Pipe Of 2” Sq Size Along With Providing Of Fibre Sheet Covering For Protection Of Slip Ring And Electrical Connections Rainy Water. 22 Dechoking Of Dilution / Sewage Mixing Line From Pst To Raw Sludge Sump. The Job Includes Repairing Of Sluice Valve Along With Desilting / Dechoking Of Line As Per Site Requirement 23 Providing & Fixing Of Operating Handle Made Of Gi Pipe Of Suitable Length For Trouble Less Operation Of The Above Valve. 24 Painting Of The Complete Structure After Removing The Rust From The Structure With The Wire Brush.Painting The Surface With The One Coat Of Red Oxide Primer And Two Coat Of Anti-Corrosive Paint Of Appropriate Colour As Per Directions Of Engineer-In-Charge. 25 Alignment, Assembling, Testing, Commissioning Of Complete Unit On No Load / Full Load After Removing Gunny Bags And Temporary Plate Form.
