Cleaning The Fst With The Help Of Machines / Manual Labour For Execution Of Work Taking In All The Safety Measures & Equipment And Disposing Of Sludge / Floating Material As Per The Instruction Of Engineer-In-Charge. 2 Making Temporary Platform As Safety Measures On The Side Of The Central Cage As Per Site Requirement For Dismantling Of Drive Head. 3 Lifting Of The Turn Table Up To Suitable Height After Cutting Of Rusted Nuts And Bolts To Replace The Balls And Repairing Of Liner. 4 Rehabilitation Of Existing Turntable Assembly For Noiseless Trouble Operation Of The Turntable Including Repairing Of The Upper And Lower Liner, Supply Of Components And Job Work As Required Including Repairing / Overhauling And Housing Straightening, Repair, Machining, Polishing, Levelling Of Bevel Gear, Bushes And Replacement Of Damaged Ball Bearing 100-120 No. Approx. 5 Pasting Of Sealing Arrangements Leak Proof For Oil From Chamber Wit Cotton And Gland To Prevent Of Oil Up To Required Level And Fixed Middle Part Of Centre Mechanism To Proper Alignment. 6 Replacement Of Hard Threaded Rubber Squeezers As Per Size Of Above Scrapper With 6 Inch Wide And 8Mm Thickness Fixing With Nut And Bolts. 7 Coating Of Polyurethene On The Existing Ci Traction Wheel Of The Fst By Chemical Process Including Removing Of Old Damaged Coating And Making A Smooth Surface By Machining Or Applying Of New Polyurethane Coating And Then Finally Machining And Grinding The Same.
