Sl. No.	Item Description
1	This AMC contract covers maintenance and repair of components, which may be necessary as a result of normal wear and tear, except due to External damage, Natural Calamity, Burnt cases, etc. during the approved period.
2	1. This contract shall remain in force for a period of one year with effective date of AMC. (2) This contract will be deemed to be valid only if the system is in working order at the time of receiving the contract i.e. before the expiry of the warranty period / service contract. In case the service contract is sent after the expiry of the warranty period/service contract, it will be accepted, subject to checking of your system that it is in working order
3	3. Free service calls by the engineers will be made during the contracted period for any trouble with in the system. Each visit will be made within reasonable time from receipt of customer call, normally during working hours of the service department. No calls will be attended on Sundays or other holiday without pre-information. Complaint received in the morning will be attended on the same day normally and complaints received in the evening will be attended on next day, depending upon the availability of Service Engineers.
4	4) Arrangement to bring the system or any instrument to the customer care center will be made by the company if it is found necessary to do so. If any parts of the system are not available, the company shall not be liable for damages or incidentals arising out of delays in completing the job and the repairs will be undertaken as and when such parts are available. All efforts will however be made to complete the job as expeditiously as possible.
5	5. Firm shall also not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of fire, electric short circuit because of high voltages (above 250 volts), rodents damaging cord/ cables, accidental handling of system, seepage of water or other liquid or any natural calamity. (6) The system shall be provided with conditioned power supply with proper earthing etc. Any defect in the electrical installation independent of the system of wiring, fluctuation of power supply shall be attended/ rectified by you and are not our responsibility nor are they covered by this contract.
6	7. During the period of this contract you will not allow any unauthorized person to handle the equipment in order to rectify any defect however minor. It is in your own interest that any unauthorized person shifts no extension even in your own premises. (8) The Contract will cover maintenance of components, which may be necessary as a result of normal wear & tear during the period of contract except due to external damage, natural calamity, burnt cases, etc. Consumable like cables & batteries etc will be charged separately.
7	9. The service contract is offered for the original site of installation only. In case system is required to be reinstalled/ shifted with our approval, the service contract will continue but reinstallation charges will be extra. In the event of the customer deciding to withdraw from the service contract before the completion of the contract period there would be no refund of any amount for the unexpired period. (10) This contract is not transferable. In the event the customer transfers or sell the system, the contract will become null and void without refund being payable for the unexpired period.
8	11. Renewal of the service contract after its expiry will be at mutual discretion. (12) The service engineer will carry a identity card whenever he visits for preventive maintenance / service. (13) The customer will take care of the equipment, will house it in suitable condition and will follow such instructions on these matters and observe operating instructions.

10	16. As agreed the service executive will be attending to the system once in every quarter for preventive maintenance.
11	17. Under the rate of AMC charges high value item should not replace (Like Item No. 1& 6) if not in repairing condition.
