Any Other Aspect Which Is Related Non Compliance Of Items Mentioned In Para No. 06. 7. It Will Be The Responsibility Of The Railtel To Ensure That The Staff Deputed By Them Is Well Acquainted With The Railway Premises And Safety Precaution To Be Taken In The Premises. 8. The Railway Administration Reserves The Right To Terminate The Contract At Any Time Before Expiry Of The Contract Period In The Event Of Any Change In Policy Of Railway With 03 Days Notice Given In Advance To Railtel.
