The rail system shall be with the bends and rail switches where ever necessary as per the layout.

18	Providing and Fixing in position Carcass washing cabinet: This shall be mild steel 18 gauge sheet . The cabinet should be water spray system shall be with the bends and shower switches where ever necessary as per the requirement
19	Providing and Fixing in position Brisket saw : To facilitate easy cutting of brisket bone of de-hided carcass for evisceration operation. This shall consist motorized blade, power pack enclosed in aluminum body. This should be conveniently suspended from overhead structure on spring balancer the capacity of the system should be to suit the through output of 40-50 animals per hr.
20	Providing and Fixing in position Splitting Saw: Beef splitting saw powered by adequate capacity direct drive motor for splitting of the carcass while on rail shall be provided. The saw shall be heavy duty reciprocating type with about 127 inch long saw blade. Alternatively, circular saw also may be quoted. The saw design shall permit vertical splitting of 50 beef carcasses per hour. The whole assembly shall be suspended from overhead cross beams by a balancer.
21	Providing and Fixing in position Horn Cutter  : This shall be hydraulic operated mechanism to transfer animal to cut the horns, hoovesof animals. This shall be electric or hydraulic unit having power output 4.5 HP/ 5.5 HP rated voltage of 230/440V, 3 phases, and 50 cycles. This shall have capacity to operate 40-50 animals per hour. This unit shall be complete with spring balancer, hydraulic oil hose and hydraulic power pack complete.
22	Providing and Fixing in position Trolleys (Horns 1,skin 1) These shall be of size 1.0 m x 0.75 m deep and made shall be fabricated form mild steel.
