1Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) in/c dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, in/c getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m. 2Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m. All kinds of soil
3Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts in/c spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.
4Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level: i) 1:4:8(1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40mm nominal size)
5Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), in/c attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and skirting courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts & struts etc. upto floor five level ex/c cost of centring, shuttering, finishing & reinforcement
6i) 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20mm nominal size)
7Centering shuttering in/c struttings, propping etc. & removal of form work for:
8i) Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. for mass concrete with timber plank
9Reinforcement for RCC work in/c straightening cutting, bending, placing in position & binding all complete upto plinth level.
10Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more
11First class brick work in foundation & plinth in/c cost of all materials as required complete: i) In cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 R/Sand).
12Providing structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, in/c cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.
13Providing and fixing MS bolts including nuts and washers complete as per standard design:-
14i) Upto 300mm length.
15ii) Above 300mm length.
16Welding by gas or electric plant including transportion of plant at site etc. complete as per standard design.

19Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement in/c cement slurry, rounding of edges and strips and cost of glass strips etc. complete. i) 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal well burnt brick agreegate
20Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cable etc. in/c excavating for sockets & dressing of sides, where required, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1500mm (slope-1 in 200) in/c getting out the excavated soil and backfilling of soil as required after laying of pipe line, in layers not exceeding 200mm in depth in/c consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil with all required leads as per chapter-2 of CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. A) For UPVC pipes in new work. a) In all kinds of soil.
21i) For pipes not exceeding 90mm dia.
22ii) For pipes exceeding 90mm dia but not exceeding 300mm dia.
23B) For GI/CI/DI pipes in new work. a) In all kinds of soil. i) For pipes exceeding 90mm dia but not exceeding 300 mm dia
24Charges for push-on (Tyton) joints to centrifugally (Spun) cast iron pipes or ductile iron pipes including testing of joints and excluding the cost of rubber gasket as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

26Providing and fixing G.I. Bend/elbow in the pipe line including testing of joints complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

29Providing earthing with perforated 40 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) (12mm dia perforation), laying of 4mm dia GI wire from earth electrode to panel, in/c excavating hole of 600mm dia and refilling with salt and charcoal/coke in alternate layers of 300mm, as per standard specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. i) For 3-phase connection with 4.00mtr. long GI pipe.
30Providing & fitting fixingof G.I. flange (10 mm wall thickness) by welding with G.I. / MS pipe and placing position as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

34Providing & fitting, fixing of signboard (Size 1.00 X 0.75m) at water supply scheme in/c cost of 1mm thick plain aluminum or G.I. sheet with necessary MS angle (40 X 40 X 5mm) in/c necessary bending and fixing on the GCI walling of pump house and painting writing nail spikes etc. and carrying to the work site complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
35Providing and fitting fixing of 6 feet x 4 feet x 1 inch (thickness) Gamair wood / plywood pannel board for fitting fixing of electrical items, in/c 2 nos MS angle post ( size 2 inch x 2 inchx 9 feet ), nuts & bolts etc. for irrection of the same by1:1.5:3 cement concrete casting (1 feet x 1 feet x 2 feet) below the ground level and paintingtwo ormore coats & plastic paint as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
36Washing & removal of deposited iron sludge & any other foreign materials etc. from inside the existing water distribution pipe line foreign materials from inside the excavation trenches up to required width & depth cutting of PVC pipe line at a length of every 55.00 Mtr. interval jointing of pipe with PVC coupler and solvent cement in/c satisfactory testing of joints refilling trenches with available excavated earth etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge [Rate in/c the cost of cement solvent PVC pipe for making PVC couplers, will be issued by the Department at free of cost).

Supply & star delta method of starting along with 35 mtrs x2x3x4 sq.mm joint less PVC 3(Three) core double length flat cable (continuous length) of suitable size fitted with submersible motor, suction case, strainer, coupling key, vertical non-return valve cum discharge case in/c supplying of 10Nos. suitable cable guard with clips & nuts & bolts, 2(two) pair M.S. column clamps in/c testing & commissioning etc. complete as per direction of Eng-in-charge conforming to terms & conditions of the contract. (Each pump with motor shall consists of stainless stell closed type impeller, C.L. bowl, C.I dischrge case, pump shaft (styainless steel), bush (bronze), shaft sleeve (bronze/chromium), sand guard, winding rotor, stator, counter thrust plate, thrust plate, thrust bearing segment etc. conforming to relevant BIS codes).

Long G.I. pipe.
55Providing & fitting, fixing GI pipes of 110mm dia GI pipes staging 3(Three) Nos. 9.00 Mtr. each in/c welding with MS flange bottom of the GI pipe and top with 3(Three) Nos. 125mm dia GI nipple length 450mm dia in/c welding with 10mm thick MS plate of size 40 X 40 X 10mm and 25mm dia MS hook for hanging chain pully in/c hoisting and claimbing bottom to top of the hook in proper position complete as per direction of the Eng-in-charge(GI pipe supplied at free of cost)
