Bids Are Invited For Procurement Of Items For Upgradation Of Short Range For Training Purpose -(a) Providing wpn trg and eval table as per design of size 16’x2’x2.8” on site of 19 mm marine plywood frame work with 1mm thick laminate table top. Provide drawer cabinet with slides locking arrangement, use necessary hardware like handles, use T W foot rest all areas should be laminate finish. All the inner surfaces shall be finished with 1mm thick laminate. Front surface of the table shall be cladded with Brass sheet. A drawer unit as shown in the drawing shall be provided. 3 Nos of drawers with 1mm thick laminate should be provided. Height of drawers should be 100mm, 100mm and 280mm, drawer should consist of 12mm thick marine ply sides, back and 6mm thick marine Ply base. Fascia of drawers shall be of 19mm thick marine ply finished in 1mm thick laminate and with a wooden molding on top/bottom edge for handle. Each drawer shall side on a pair of telescopic drawer slides of approved make. The inside portion of draws to be finished with laminate. Rate shall be inclusive of all necessary approved fittings like locks of approved make for drawers and any miscellaneous hardware items. Table should be as per detailed drawing given by Architect/ instructions given by Architect etc. Complete (b) Custom built seating support for firer (c) Custom build aluminium extrudes to support noise free enclosures to enable near sound proof training environment at Shravya reception & training area (d) ACP cladding near entrance, providing and fixing Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) of exterior grade for cladding near entrance of Alucobond or approved equivalent make for external wall/ column/ canopy cladding in combination of solid/metallic colors, including all necessary frame work and complete weather sealing. The composite panel should consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of LDPE sandwiched between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminum sheet (alloy designation 310S) making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The surface will be furnished with Lumiflon based flour carbon coating on top sides and service coating on reverse side. Coatings should conform to specifications of ECCA/AAMA and conforming to the mechanical properties of panel as per detailed technical specifications. The system should be fixed using GI brackets and stainless steel bolts and nuts complete with spring washers and cap nuts and all other necessary accessories. The bracket support shall be designed as per manufactures specification and shall withstand a wind pressure of 150 kg/ sqm, all hardware should corrosion resistant frame out of anodized aluminum member (e) Providing and fixing in position in wooden boxes made out of framework to be 50x50x1.60mm thick aluminum section with maximum distance of 450mm c/c both ways (Horizontal/ Vertical) or as directed. The box shall be provided with 19mm thick plywood fixed over the framework on both sides. Approved make on both sides finished with 1.0mm plain high gloss laminate of approved makes in combination and shade. Rate is inclusive of the arrangements for fixing in all respect for the Shravya Training Simulators. (f) Cushions for supports of size 750x225x150mm size filled with foam.
