Name of Work: Providing Service support for Mechanical maintenance works at WRPLKASPL Dumad and MOV/RCP Stations under Dumad Jurisdiction. 1) Bidders shall quote the percentagewithin two places of decimal only. 2) Bidders to quote only one % for all the items mentioned in the SOR. 3) Rates quoted by bidder shall be exclusive of Goods and Services Tax(GST). GST rates shall be mentioned by the bidders in Annexure-J. 4)Goods and Services Tax has not been included in the SOR and shall be payable extra only upon submission of Tax Invoice bearing GST Registration number. 5)Rates shall be firm duringthe entire execution period of the contract. 6) In case of any difference in item description/quantity/Unit in BoQ, Item description/Quantity/Unit indicated in the tender document shall prevail. 7) Bidder has to ensure complaince of Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojna (PMJJBY) & Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojna (PMSBY) 8) EVERY WORKER ENGAGED BY THE CONTRACTOR SHOULD BE ENROLLED UNDER THE FOLLOWING SCHEMES: - PRADHAN MANTRI JEEVAN BIMA YOJANA (PMJJBY) - PRADHAN MANTRI SURAKSHA BIMA YOJANA (PMSBY) UNDER THE TWO SCHEMES, AN AMOUNT OF RS. 342.00/- PER PERSON (AS ON DATE) PER ANNUM SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE PROSPECTIVE BIDDER WHILE SUBMITTING THE PRICE BID. SUBSEQUENT ESCALATION/ DE-ESCALATION SHALL BE ASSESSED BY THE CONTRACTOR AT HIS OWN. PROOF OF PAYMENT TOWARDS THE ABOVE TWO SCHEMES SHALL BE SUBMITTED BY THE CONTRACTOR TO EIC FOR VERIFICATION OF THE SAME FROM TIME TO TIME. 9) Having examined the Tender Documents consisting of Notice Inviting Tender, Instructions to Tenderers, Special Conditions of Contract, General Conditions of Contract, and Technical Specification regarding various jobs, Time Schedule, Schedule of Rates etc. of the said Tender Document and having thoroughly studied the requirement of Indian oil Corporation Limited relative to the work tendered for and having conducted a thorough study of job site (s) involved, the site conditions, soil conditions, the climatic conditions, labour, power, water, material and equipment availability, the transport and communication facility, temporaryoffice accommodation and all other facilities and things whatsoever necessary for the performance of the work in accordance with the termsand conditions and within the time mentioned in the tender document, I / Weherebyagreetoexecutetheabove work at :-

1Providing service support during monthly maintenance of Mainline Pumping Units including general cleaning, cleaning of the oil spillage in the surroundings of mainline pump shed caused due to checking of pressure gauges, lubricant contamination, leakage of cooling liquid, leakage in gland ring, including shifting of drain product into sump tank etc. as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge as on when required.
2Providing service support during quarterly maintenance of Booster Pumping Units including general cleaning, cleaning of the oil spillage in the surroundings of booster pumping units caused due to checking of pressure gauges, lubricant contamination, leakage of cooling liquid, leakage in gland ring, including shifting of drain product into sump tank etc. as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge as on when required.
3Providing service support during monthly maintenance of sump pump & CI pump unit including general cleaning, cleaningof the oil spillage in the surroundings etc. as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge as on when required.
4Providing service support during maintenance of Station Valves,basket Strainers, Y type strainer,Coalscer filter, Prefilter, including general cleaning, cleaningof the oil spillage in the surroundings of Valves caused due to checking oflubricant contamination, leakage of liquid, including shifting of drain product into sump tank as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge as on when required
5Providing service support duringmaintenance of Station Valvesincluding general cleaning, cleaningof the oil spillage in the surroundings of Valves caused due to checking oflubricant contamination, leakage of liquid, as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charges on when required. (Transportation shall be provided by IOCL)
6Providing service support for quarterly taking readings of corrosion coupons as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge as on when required.
7Providing service support for Vibration Readings for all equipments as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge as on when required.
8Providing service support for preparation of pig insertion, retrieval, cleaning,loading/unloading, cleaning of barrel area, etc as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge as on when required.
9Providing service support for miscellaneous work of exigency in station such as Odd Hrs Works etc. as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge as & when required. Unit EA shall means man-hrs required for the job
10Providing hydraulic crane with skilled operator along with belts, chains, hooks etc for various jobs as per directions of EIC/ Site Engineer
11Above ground process piping: Taking delivery & transporting of pipes from designated stock pile location /Designated godown both from outside & inside station premises. Taking delivery of pipe fittings, steel flanges, spiral wound metallic gaskets & fasteners from designated location within station premises, transporting the same to site, fabrication and erection of above ground piping including cutting, edge preparation, bending, threading, lining up, welding and installing pipes and pipe fittings, flanges, elbows, equal and reducing outlet tees,concentric/eccentric reducers, y-type strainers, drain funnels, vent pipes and tapping for instruments such as pressure gauges, thermal relief valves, thermowells etc., installing above ground at all elevations connecting with equipment nozzles, valves, vessels, in line instruments etc., welded and threaded pipe line of different pressure ratings, flushing pipes by water after cleaning by compressed air, hydrostatic testing of each section to the specified pressure, draining the water, tie-in, final cleaning-up and dispoal of wastes and surpluses including providing all inputs such as labour, material, equipments and consumables necessary to perform the work (other than those specifically under taken by the owner in this contract) and completing the work in all respects in accordance with the drawings, specifications and instructions of Site Engineer / EIC. 16Piping Modification: Carrying out modification in already fabricated and/ or erected pipe due to change in drawing or as required by site condition, taking delivery of pipe, pipe fittings, steel flanges, spiral wound metallic gaskets & fasteners from designated location within station premises, transporting the same to site, cutting of pipe and / or weld joint , edge preparation, bending, lining up, welding and installing pipes and pipe fittings, flanges, elbows, equal and reducing outlet tees, concentric/eccentric reducers, y-type strainers, drain funnels, vent pipes and tapping for instruments such as pressure gauges, thermal relief valves, thermowells etc., installing above ground at all elevations connecting with equipment nozzles, valves, vessels, in line instruments etc., welded and threaded pipe line of different pressure ratings, flushing pipes by water after cleaning by compressed air, hydrostatic testing of each section to the specified pressure, draining the water, tie-in, final cleaning-up and dispoal of wastes and surpluses including providing all inputs such as labour, material, equipments and consumables necessary to perform the work (other than those specifically under taken by the owner in this contract) and completing the work in all respects in accordance with the drawings, specifications and instructions of Site Engineer / EIC. 17Supplying, fabricating, erecting, placing and fixing in position M.S. structural works using rolled/ built up sections for truss, claddings, bracings, purlins, supporting frames made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates, flats, bars etc. including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates, including bolts, theading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. including preparation of detailed fabrication drawings & submission to the Engineer-in-Charge for approval before start of fabrication, supplying & applying painting with two coats of epoxy paint "EPILUX 155 High Build Enamel over a coat of "EPILUX 610" Primer of M/s BERGER or any other approved equivalent make as per manufacturer’s recommendation, complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding the cost of concrete work).

22Uniform Expenditure:- Providing Uniform (shirt with Logo + trousers)to all workers involve in daily & Weekly activitiesis in the scope of the Contractor . The contractor has to provide 2 sets ofuniformper year or as decided by EIC. The contractor shall submit the bill of actual quantity executed towards uniform expenditure to the EIC and after verification by EIC, the expenditure shall be reimbursed maximum upto Rs. 4500/- per uniform per worker.
23Safety shoes Expenditure:-Safety shoes has to be provided to all workers is in the scope of Contractor. The contractor has to provide the safety shoes in regular intervals i.e. once in a year. The contractor shall submit the bill of actualexpenditure incurred to the EIC and after verification of the bills by EIC the expenditure shall be reimbursed maximum upto Rs. 1350/- per year per worker.
