    Bids Are Invited For  Formation / Preparation Of “Fire Lines” Of 10 Meters Width ( 4.00 Km Length For Diom And 3.00 Km For Kiom ) . Total Area To Be Covered Will Be 70, 000 Sq.Mtrs.  Formation / Preparation Of “Fire Lines” Work Shall Be Carried Out As Per The Instructions Given By Forest Department Officials And Fire Officer From Time To Time.  Contractor Must Follow All The Procedures Instructed By Engineer-In-Charge Required To Comply Iso 9001:2015, Iso 14001-2015 &Iso : 45001 :2017 Norms.  Work Allotted By Forest Dept. Officials And Engineer-In-Charge On The Day Should Be Attended On The Same Day.  All The Labors Need To Report To Duty At Workplace With All Required Ppes As Directed By The Engineer In Charge.  Payment Criteria Shall Be On Monthly Basis Depending On The Certification From Engineer In-Charge At The End Of Every Month.  Payment Of Labors Has To Be Made Through Bank And Payment Copy Of Bank Has To Be Submitted To Engineer In-Charge On Every Month.  Quoted Rates Of Contractor Shall Be Firm, Fixed And Deemed To Be Inclusive Of All Safety Appliances, Tools, Hike In Minimum Wages Etc. And No Claim Or Whatsoever On Any Account Shall Be Entertained During The Duration Of Contract.  Contractor Must Comply All The Guidelines Laid As Per The Sa 8000: 2014 And Copy Of Record Has To Be Submitted To The Engineer In-Charge On Every Month.  Contractor And All Contractor Deployed Manpower Must Ensure Execution Of Works As Per Rules And Regulations Of Mines Act 1952, All Additional Circulars Of Mines Act And All The Amendments Of Mines Act.
