( B ) Cutting Will Be Allowed Up To Ground Lable And Inpresence Of Consignee Or His Authorised Representative. ( C ) Purchaser Should Undertake That The Activity Of Gas Cutting And Dismantling Is Not Any Way To Effect The Railway Daily Work Or Endanger Railway Property Or Rly Workers Lives. ( D ) Delivery Will Be In Weight Basis . ( E ) Loading Will Be Done By Purchaser Own Arrangements Under Supervision Of Witnesing Concern Official Only After Dismantled Of Machine .
