| 1 | Genenral Pest, Termite and Rodent Control Services Cost of total amount per month basis (minimum 3 times control services in a 10 days interval ). Cost includes Chemicals, pesticides and its spray and complete services. In case of any adverse impacts on human health as well as in patient care services, selected agency will liable for such impacts with costs. Selected agency will liable for any damages in connection with pest or termites and rodent within the entire hospital. Performance certificate should be signed by the authority before & after control services, otherwise proportionate cost will be deducted from the bill of charges. Chemical or pesticides (which to be used) should be ISI marked if any deviationfound, termination of work order will be issued without any intimation. Stock of chemicals or pesticides or machineriesin the hospital of agency’s risk. Authority is not liable for types of demurrages to third party. |
