3Material and Labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed) grade cable for straight through outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
4Material and Labour for cross arms. Bracings, support channel, backplate hooks etc fabricated from structural steel, sections (MS Channel) of required size and shape including nuts, bolts,washers, welding, bending , cutting cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts as indicated and directed including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of silver aluminium paint complete all as specified.
5Material and labour for anti-climbing device, spike type fabricated from structural steel comprising of MS flat 20mmx6mm, MS round bar pointed, 8mm dia, 20cm length welded on MS flat fixed with nuts, bolts, washers and weldingwith and including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

21Supply and fixing loop in , loop out fuse junction box of internal dimension 255 x355x 122mm, made out of FRP sheet with weather proof canopy and locking screw fitted with and including 6 Amps MCB-01 No, 50A rated 4 way connectors for 3 phase and neutral incoming/outgoing mounted in the box, fixing on steel tubular poles including necessary aluminium clamp. Suitable glands, lugs and GI nut and bolts all as specified and directed.

Suitable glands, lugs and GI nut and bolts all as specified and directed.
23Supply and fixing loop in , loop out fuse junction box of internal dimension 130 x180x 77mm, made out of FRP sheet with weather proof canopy and locking screw fitted with and including 6 Amps MCB-01 No, 50A rated 4 way connectors for 3 phase and neutral incoming/outgoing mounted in the box, fixing on steel tubular poles including necessary aluminium clamp. Suitable glands, lugs and GI nut and bolts all as specified and directed.
24Supply and fix street light control panel MCB TPN 63A-01No, contactor TP-65A. Astronomical timer, street light control panel with accessories outdoor type including connected switchgears, cables etc and suitable sheet metal enclosure test and commissioning of panel of 440V, outdoor cubical type with suitable provisioning of 25 x 3mm angular base and vertical frame along with necessary PCC foundation grouted by using B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) locking arrangement. Complete all as specified and directed. Note :The quoted rates shall be inclusive of the followings:- (a) Suitable copper control wiring inside panel board, cable glands, cablelugs supporting insulators etc. (b) Angular base frame and PCC foundation and connected accessories. (c) The panel should be mount min 0.3mtr above the ground level. (d) Design/drawing /BOM of the panel showing the dimention is to be obtained from manufacture/ supplier and is to be got approved from the GE/AGE(I) before placing final order to be manufacture (e) Anything missed out in technically required for efficient working is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
25Material and labour for two core (for phase and neutral) standred cable 4 Sqmm size, 1100 volt grade, PVC insulated unsheathed aluminium cable drawing inPVC conduit by using clamp, nut & bolts from junction box to street light fitting and testing complete all as directed.
26Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised wire of 4mm diaby means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 15mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking down old unserviciable earthing set all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.
27Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, cable etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including taking out brick protection etc complete all as specified and directed.
28Returning, filling in, of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cmcomplete all as specified and directed .
29Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50M and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point completeall as specified and as directed .
30Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cableincludingspreading and punning down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.(Compacted thickness shall be measured)
31Supply & Fixing bricks well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.
32Dismantling of existing unserviceable ACSR conductor of any size from pole and removing from site complete all as directed.
33Dismantling of broken, cracked, unserviceable LT pin/shackle insulator of any make and anysize complete all as directed.
34Dismantling of old rusted Cross Arms bracing support, clamps and back plate of any sections from poles setting aside complete all as directed at site.
35Taking up old unsv LT UG/service cable of upto 25 sqmm size from trenches/road /floor/poles & wall complete all as specified and directed.
36Dismantling/removing of unserviceable cradle guard/earth continuity conductor/cradle guard supporting wire of any size and setting aside all as directed at site.
37Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) B1 type using 20 mm graded coarse stone aggregate for rectification of road cutting portion/ concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.
38Supply, install, testing & commissioning of feeder pillar box, outdoor type of size 0.600 x 0.600 x 0.500mtr. Factory fabricated CAPRI approved (type tested) with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-55 & general construction conforming to IS- 13947, double door, front & back openable. The feeder pillar box shall be provided with ventilation facility in the front louvers for better heat dissipation & tinned aluminum bus bar suitable for 400 Amps. Wrapped with coloured PVC tape/sleeves of rating in conformity to the incoming MCCB rating. The feeder pillar box shall be fabricated out of 3.15mm thick (for outer portions) and 2.0mm thick (inner portions). CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated. Supporting angle iron frame & MC channel base suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire system 415/440 Volts grade including complete internal wiring work not less than 2.5 sqmm copper wire including cable glands of suitable sizes including suitable PCC foundation grouted by using B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate), necessary earthwork (if any) all as directed including provision of following:- (a)Incoming/outgoing MCCB 4 pole (ICs=100%) with thermal magnetic release, adjustable short circuit & adjustable overload setting, suitable for isolation having breaking capacitty 25KA of rating 250 Amps 01 Nos , MCCB 4 pole (ICs=100%) with thermal magnetic release, adjustable short circuit & adjustable overload setting, suitable for isolation having breaking capacitty 25KA of rating 100 Amps -02 Nos & MCCB 4 pole (ICs=100%) with thermal magnetic release, adjustable short circuit & adjustable overload setting, suitable for isolation having breaking capacitty 25KA of rating 63 Amps -02 Nos
39Taking down of GI pipe used for UG cable protection with fitting and fixtures of size 50mm, laid in trenches. Complete all as specified and directed.
40Taking down of old unseviceable earthing material and earth continuty material all as specified and directed.
