Tender For To Assist In Maintenance And Repair Activities Of Electrical Equipments In Underground Electrical Services -Shifting and maintenance of equipment like Main LT Pumps, all Ventilation Fans, face and decline Dewatering pumps, Lighting arrangement and Lighting Maintenance etc comprises of shifting of cable of different sizes, shifting of pump breakers & starters -1 Shifting of LT dewatering pump equipments & Pump cables of different sizes , Ventilation fan starter/breakers. 2 Shifting of pump breakers, L.T. Starters, ventilation fans, all type of transformers, Pump Motors LT , Junction boxes and connection/disconnection of all electrical equipments. 3 Cable jointing after Lugging and providing insulation tape as and when required in breakdown / Planned maintenance, Cable jointing thru M seal Jointing Kit (Jointing kit shall be supplied by HCL), Cable hanging on roof bolt, Laying of cable (Size 35 sq mm to 300 sqmm) in UG mines and Feeders Interconnections etc as and when required. 4 Dismantling and shifting of lighting fittings/transformers etc. Assistance in connection & disconnections during maintenance etc. Laying and hanging of lighting cables 5 HT/LT Breakers (all types) maintenance, Job includes checking of breaker mechanism, condition, Leakages, contacts and rectification of the same if required. The spare parts shall be supplied by HCL. Repairing/de dusting/cleaning/maintenance/erection/ of Distribution transformers and their associated equipments of Mines Area (UG Mines etc.) 6 Starter and Breaker Maintenance. 7 Earth Pit Work (Job include digging, construction of new earth pits), Testing of Earth Pits and Relays. 8 Light fitting Installation and removal in Declines of UG Mines as and when required for illumination purpose and new requirements. 9 Electrical equipments weekly Maintenance - Include schedule maintenance of UG sub-stations equipments and other electrical equipments as per work instruction. 10 Break down repair and maintenance of UG electrical equipments like HT/LT Breakers, pump starters, ventilation fan starters/breakers, cables in shifts , Light Fittings maintenance etc(elect. equipments). 11 Maintenance/replacement of telephones sets and laying of telephone cables in UG mines.
