(Note for Item No 30 to 33-: The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the cost of drilling ,pumps and fittings etc used in the process of drilling shall be provided by the contractor under his own arrangement for execution of the work.)

38Supplying and fixing in position by welding heavy duty MS reducer 250 X200 mm of minimum wall thickness 6mm and 40 X 6 mm MS flat iron central guide complete all as specified and as directed.
39Supply and filling pea gravel of size 3 to 6 mm for packing around the housing /assembly,slotted pipe of the bore well complete all as specified and as directed. Note:Pea gravel shall be paid as per stack measurment carried out on site.
40Development of tube well with air compressor of capacity 250 psi /1000cumtill sand/mud free water of potable quality is obtained and to achieve minimum discharging capacity of 25000 GPH complete all as specified and as directed, (Note:- Compressor with accessories and fuel shall be arranged by the contractor and same is included in the unit quoted rate ).
41Yield testing of the tube well by suitable pump and motorforminimum discharge capacity of 25000 GPH for at least continuous 8 hour uniterrupted of run per day for three continuous days complete all as specified and directed. Note : `V" notch and other equipment including pump set shall be arranged by the contractor and cost of same is included in the unit rate quoted).
42Testing of raw and treated water for all parameters covering complete chemical and bacterilogical test from DRL Tezpur or any Govt approved/recognised lab as approved by the GE complete all as specified and as directed.
43Material and labour for mild steel iron clamp ( two partsmade out of mild steel flat iron 150 mm width X 12 mm thick of approx 450 mm length and required size of CI nuts , bolts and washers and suitable for holding 100 mm bore colum pipe complete all as specified and directed .
44Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate at as in coping benching and simillar items incl necessary form worketc complete all as specified and as directed .
45Supply lowering and jointing mild steelcolumn pipeISI marked ,100 mm dia heavy grade 6.0 mm wall thickness ,flange ended complete with nuts , bolts ,washers and rubber gasket incl groove for cable entry system and applied with two coats black bituminious paint (food grade) on both inside and outside surfaces of pipe after prepartion of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
46Supply and fixing well cap suitable for 250 mminternal dia housing pipe made out of 8 mm thick steel plate duly welded with locking arrengement with holes for passing 10 Sqmm flat submersible cable and 100 mm dia column pipe complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note : After completion of the work the well cap will be used to keep the tube well closed until the pump set is installed )
