Clearing of surface before removing the studs 2. Flatten the broken end. 3. Punching with centering punch at the centre of the broken stud. 4. Employing small drill to make hole on broken stud ensuring no damage to the threads 5. Using stud extractor for removing the studs. | 15 | Repairs to self starter by way of dismantling the whole assembly from the machine and replaced the worn out parts like carbon brushes, bushes, bearingcleaning of all the individual parts of the assembly and all the connections from rust & dust, then assembling of all parts of the assembly. The job includes testing of the self starter before & after fitment of the concerned machine. The job also includes all leads & lifts. |
