Bidders are advised to make themselves fully conversant with applicable GST Law. 2)GST rate is considered @18%and will be paid extra at the time of billing as per Government Directives. 3) The Price Bid / Price Schedule shall be read with all other sections of this Tender Document. 4) The Tenderer is deemed to have studied the tender terms and conditions, specifications and details of works to be done within the Time Schedule and acquainted himself on the conditions prevailing at the locations. 5)This BOQ template must not be modified/replaced by the bidder and the same should be uploaded after filling the relevent columns, else the bidder is liable to be rejected for this tender. 6) The bidders shall quote only in coloured cells in Column F and also indicate their name in coloured cell in row 8 of the sheet. 7)Bidder should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case bidder is intending to quote “at Par”, biddermust quote “0” in the space provided. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. 28Extraforcompaction of earth work in embankmentunder optimum moisture conditions to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density (proctor density).
29Supply and laying of water bound macadam in layers, each of 75 mm thick (consolidated) with 63 mm to 45 mm stone aggregate. Each layer shall be consolidated by power roller after watering, spreading chippings of stone and murrum complete as per specifications. Item includes supply of murrum 6 mm thick, watering and rolling with power roller complete with preparation of surface. Rate per Layer
30Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment) (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.
31Soil Investigation
32Conducting soil investigation with boring of minimum 150mm dia. boreholes of maximum 10m depth including all field tests and laboratory tests, mobilization and demobilization of equipments & personnel etc. for soil investigation for each borehole location . complete work in all respects as   per   drawings,   specifications   and   directions   of   Engineer-in-Charge including submitting hard copies of Reports & recommendations and supply of electronic files.

Note :- a) All butt welded fittings end shall generally match with connecting pipe wall thickness.
