1Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of 8000 GPH X 76 Mtr X 20 HP as per IS reputed make submersible pump-set along with allied works at existing Tube wellGalwadey Chak. The Pump bowl should be of close grained cast iron with renewable wearing rings of bronze material. The Pump shaft shall be of stainless steel, guided with stainless steel distance sleeves /shaft protection sleeves provided with each bowl above and below the stainless steel impeller. The Casing wearing rings shall be of bronze material. The Coupling shall be of Mesh type rigid sleeve of stainless steel, non-slipping type with matching groove and cotter arrangement to suite keyway provided. The Suction case shall be of close grained cast iron material. The motor should be three phase AC supply having nominal speed of 2900 RPM, 400 Volts + 15% of frequency 50 Hz + 3%. The motor should be totally enclosed squirrel cage induction type, water cooled and sealed against outside water being pumped. The windings shall be wet type water lubricated and provided with metal tilting thrust pad designed to take up all untoward load to most unfavourable running conditions. The upper chamber of the submersible pump shall be duly fitted with an NRV so that during stoppage of submersible pumpset reverse water cannot operate the pumpset in reverse rotation. The job involves fabrication of adopter Nipple/reducer nipple approx 0.5 mtr long fabricated out of MS Pipe, of which bottom end diameter is to be reduced to the delivery of Sub. Pump and threading the Pipe for screwing into the delivery portion to the submersible pump and other end of the adopter nipple is welded with MS flange of required size fabricated out of MS Plate for fixing with the column pipe.2 No nuts of required size are to be welded on opposite size of the proper piece so that clamping bolt of the tie rod can passed through it. Fabrication of the tie rod clamping arrangement for clamping the pump and motor to the upper adopter nipple, fabricated out of 40mmx6mm MS Plate as per required size at site. The upper ends of these flat strips should be welded with full threaded bolt 12mm dia. and 10 cm long. These bolts are to be passed through the nuts welded on the adopter nipple piece, tightening of the 12 mm double nuts on both sides including cost of material and labour charges. The Job includes coupling of pump and motor properly checking of movement of the pump, tightening of the adopter nipple to the delivery side of the pump, tightening of tie rod and testing of the pumpset in the testing pit at workshop. Shifting of the submersible pump to work site.Extraction of the old submersible pump by using requisite tools/ tackles and manual labour etc. The already laid submersible cable to be connected with submersible motor and other end shall be duly connected with Star delta dry starter. Lowering of submersible pumpset into the Tube well along with the column pipes by using special tools and tackles. Making all electrical connections of Submersible Pumpset with LT control panel by proper thimbling and crimpling all cable ends and then testing and checking for specified amperage on full load. Thestarter cum panelbox of sizeis (L x B x H) 3" x 1" x 4"dustandverminproof fabricated out of CR Sheet supported on MS angleof suitable size of 1" height of each leg other than the size of the box. The starter is sturdy enough for vibration free operation and is equipped with suitable locking /sealing arrangements. The structure is provided with suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The starter is given two coats of anti-rust primer and two coats of steel grey / off white enamel paint.The panel is equipped with following components / feature: MCCB:- The starter is fitted with a MCCB of 63 Amps., Voltmeter ( 0-500 V)- 01 no., Ammeter(0-50 A)- 01 no. along with set of CTs , voltage selector switch- 01 no., Ampere selector switch-01 no. Star-delta Starter: The starter is fitted with fully automatic star delta starter comprising of air break contactors of capacity 50 Amps.-3 nos., Timer – 01 no for change over of the supply of motor from star to delta, push buttons- 02 nos. for start and stop operation of motor, LED indicator-03 nos.(Red, Yellow and Blue) for indication of RYB phase, LED indicator-01 no.(Yellow) for tripping indication and LED indicator-02 nos. for ON(Green) and OFF(Red) indication, The panel shall have internal control wiring (1 sq mm) with flexible copper cable to complete the star delta circuit of outgoing supply with MCB 6 amps.- 01 no. for protection of internal control wiring. The job also includes providing and fitting of main control wiring not less than 25 sq mm flexible copper cable / copper bus bar of suitable size attached to the MCCB and contactors to complete the circuit for smooth functioning of panel. Protection device. A protection device is fitted with the panel with capability to: Protect the motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the panel from following electro-mechanical faults which may otherwise damage the motor windings: 1. Voltage related fault:(i) Single cum reverse phase relay. (ii)Under cum over voltage relay Adjustable type . 2. Over current faults: Over current relay adjustable type. The panel is fitted with an auto operating system comprising of delay timer - 01 no. and Time switch(Quartz) -01 no. to set the time of the motor"s running ( in auto mode). The panel is fitted with an automation system in which the motor tripped due to power failure or by the protection device, should restart automatically after the resumption of power. The panel should be equipped with the arrangement to changeover the mode from manual to Auto or vice versa simultaneously.
