2Supply installation testing and commissioning of PLC based system with sensorspressure sensor and level transmitter required to automate the start, stop, monitor the operation of 2 nos of VT pump having 200KW capacity equipped with VFD starter using 6" touch screen HMI plased at a remote place from the pump house taking care of protection features in situation like over voltage, under voltage, phase changes, single phasing, overload and situations like impeller jam, air lock, foot valve blocked, sump dry. The system should support existing VFD. The added system shall not interfere with the working of starters negatively and should be of externally fitting type. The communication shall be based on GSM and remote operation communication; system status communication should be made available on a IOT based platform and to HMI dashboard for controlling operations. The pump should be controlled to start in step-by-step mode in rpm increase, without causing current flow/huge rise in ampere (Delivery valve in full open mode with NRV,/reflux valve). The system may communicate the status including the number of pumps in operation under an office, running hours, idling time, error logs etc, The new system should go in hand with the future integration with PLC/SCADA and should follow standard universal protocol in communication between systems, so that the pump shall be configurable in the PLC/SCADA and operation updates shall be visible in the HMI of the SCADA System. The system should have a warranty of 5 years. Sample reporting form is shown below. The PLC should have high speed data processing facility with 32-bit processor and should have at least one RJ45 Ethernet ports inbuilt along with RS 232 and RS 485 communication ports. Compatible to integrate with SCADA, IOT Module and GSM module. The program capacity should not be less than 1M steps, with online program modification facility using the programming software. The maximum digital IO points supported should be not less than 4096, analog IO should be not be less than 512. The PLC should have RTC function with no battery required in the PLC with atleast 30 days redundancy. IO modules should support plug and play technology. 20% spare IO capacity should be considered. The PLC Programming Software copy with unlimited license has to be provided. The PLC programming software should have provision to create reusable programming blocks and multiple cyclic tasks. A function library shall be provided with the PLC Programming software including all basic control elements, basic PID, PTO PWM and communication function blocks. The system must support open network communication protocol to integrate with other third party devices. Energy meters should be integrated with PLC to monitor the energy consumption continuously. CAN open Master protocol and PLC functions provide synchronous control and fast data exchange are should be available. PLC should be Compact, Slim type, Modular type and expandable for the future. Built-in Ethernet supports MODBUS TCP and Ethernet/IP. IP Filter function is a firewall that offers the first line of defense and provides protection from malware and network threats. No battery required for the PLC and will be Maintenance-free with Real time clock operates for 15 days after power off. CAT 6 communication cable from the PLC control panel to SCADA room should be laid provided that the distance does not exceed 90 meters. For distance above 90 meters, fibre optic cable, or GSM RTU and IOT Modules are recommended and should be considered. Media convertor and any accessories required for communication shall also to be installed for that. Industrial Ethernet 4 G router with a data acquisition equipment should be connectedto cloud servers for the SCAD compatibility. And Its should support a two-way data collection channel between the devices and the cloud. MODBUS TCP, MODBUS ASCII/RTU, Dual SIM dual standby technology, auto-swiching between cellular operators without restarting devices for industrial 4G Ethernet Router are mandatory. It should be Connected to internet through by cellular network or broadband interfaces. Come with indication the priority of internet connectivity interfaces activated. Facility to upgrade device firmware and configure automatically via USBflash drive and Users can remotely access the USB flash drive by FTP also. Industrial 4G Ethernet Router should support GSM/GPRS/EDGE/ UMTS/DC-HSPA+/LTE. • Sets up a secure tunnel between the user and the remote device via the cloud server, without the need of additional VPN server. Dual SIM dual standby technology, auto-switching between cellular operators without restarting devices, Automatic APN parameter matching and connection redial, Connecting to internet through by cellular network or broadband interfaces. Come with indication the priority of internet connectivity interfaces activated, Various peripheral interfaces include RS-485, RS-232 and 4 LAN ports, Network data flow statistics, Networking failure diagnostics, Device and PLC interlocking, Custom alarm conditions with email alerts. Level and Pressure Transmitter- The Sensors should have signal transmitting facility in standard analog signal format. The Sensors should have calibration options with smart software. The sensor sampling rate should be configurable using the localdisplay/ software. Level Transmitter should be noncontact type ultrasonic sensor and pressure transmitter is 0-10 bar male threaded vertical type head mounted. The system should be capable of Monitoring, transmitting and accruing level of water in the well, Pressure in the pumping line, Current, Voltage, rpm, frequency, and provision for taking inputs from flow meter, vibration sensors and temperature sensors with 30% extra space in pannel for future expansion of PLC . Via IOT based system and creating a digital log book the work also include necessary cablings required for the satisfactorily completion of the work.
