Excavation for structures. A. Without dewatering. Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and MoRD technical specification clause 305.1 including detting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m. dressing of sides and bottom and brack filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. (i) Ordinary soil.

Filling in foundation trenches as per drawing and MoRD technical specification clause 305.3.9, 1200.

Providing concrete for plain concrete (using jhama brick aggregate) in open foundations complete including form wotk as per drawings and MoRD techinical specifications clauses 802,803,900,1202 and 1203. (including centering, shuttering, staging etc but excluding reinforcement (i) PCC grade M10 (using jhama brick aggregate) (ii) Nominal mix 1:3:6 (Hand mixing).

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation completed excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and MoRD technical specification clauses 600, 1202 & 1203. (ii) Brick masonry in 1:4 cement mortar.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 12 mm thick on brick work / CC work including a finishing coat of neat cement punning with 2.75 KG of cement per SQM in substructure as per MoRD technical specification clauses 613.4 & 1204.

Providing concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundations complete including form work as per drawings and MoRD technical specsifications clauses 802,803,900,1202 and 1203 (including centering, shuttering, staging etc but excluding reinforcement) iii. PCC grade M-20 (i) Nominal mix (1:2:4)
