| 1 | Providing services for hiring of one Noscommercialhired AC vehicle as per descriptin given below on per kilometer basis for plying in/out of station within the jurisdiction of West Bengal, Purnea (Bihar) & Singarsi (Jharkhand)including valied licenced driver, POL, etc all as specified in Notes to Schedule \"A\" and Particular Specifications given here-in-after for a period of eleven months for the following items :-(a) Vehicle Car SUV type (INNOVA/XUV or equivalent/higher verson) preferably white in colour or any other light shade andmodelnot older than 2021 ,without any kilometer run) complete with a valid licensed driver. |
| 2 | Notes:-The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the following:-(i) Any other charges for the vehicle like registration charges, Road tax, Insurance charges, maintenance charges,expenditure incurred oninterior decoram of car, washing charges of vehicles, any repairing/replacement of damaged parts and tyres & tubes, various other maintenance charges, taxes & levies, lubricants,fines etc.(ii) Salary of driver, EPF, ESI, insurance, fooding & lodging charges, night duty allowance of driver.(iii) Kilometer run (Mileage) shall be measured day to day basis and paid accordingly. (iv) Flag mast in the front of the vehicle with golden colour aluminium rod.(v) Star plate in front & rear side of the vehicle. |
| 3 | (a) For kilometer run upto 200 KM per day with 10 Hrs duty. |
| 4 | (b) For kilometer run beyond 200 KM per day with 10 Hrs duty.Note:- this item only will be applicable when kilometer run will being exceed 200 KM. |
| 5 | (c) Add extra for working hour beyond 10 hours per day.Note:- Fraction of hour ie more than 30 minutes will be considered as one unit (ie one hrs) and less than 30 minutes will be considered as zero unit (ie zero hrs). |
| 6 | (d) Providing services for night halt charges of vehicle including driver..Note:- Fraction of hour ie more than 30 minutes will be considered as one unit (ie one hrs) and less than 30 minutes will be considered as zero unit (ie zero hrs). |
| 7 | Providing services for hiring of one Noscommercialhired (Non-AC) vehicle like Swift Desire, Honda Amaze of equvalent Sedan typeincluding valied licenced driver, POL, maintainance of vehicle etc. for site visit and official works. |
| 8 | Providing services for hiring of two Noscommercialhired (Non-AC) vehicle like Tata mobile of equvalent including valied licenced driver, POL, maintainance of vehicle etc. for site visit and official works. Notes for Item No 7 & 8:-The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the following:-(i) Each vehicle mentioned above with driver for performing per day 12 Hrs duty whenever required and upto 80Km run per day (or 2080 Km per month) as and when required including essential duty on sunday/holiday due to operational reasons/VIP visit etc. complete all as specified and as directed.(ii) Other charges for the vehicle like fuel, lubricants, coolent, break fluit, distilled water for battery, registration charges, Road tax, Insurance charges, maintenance charges ,expenditure incurred oninterior decoram of car, washing charges of vehicles, any repairing/replacement of damaged parts and tyres & tubes, various other maintenance charges, taxes & levies, etc. shall be deemed to included in the quoted rate.(iii) Salary of driver, EPF, ESI, insurance, fooding & lodging charges, night duty allowance of driver.(iv) Kilometer run (Mileage) shall be measured day to day basis and record should be maintained.(v) The vehicle shall be provided with less than 25000 Km run and shall have ABS, fog lamp and other safety measure.(vi) Thedriver shall present in uniform. |
