1Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defective locations and removing loose concerte by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris fron site complete as per direction of the Enginer-in-Charge.
2Cleaning the exposed reinforcement preferably upto full diameter by wire brush and applying two coats of polymer based rust removing compound left for 24 hours, removing the coating and then applying two coats of polymer modified anti corrosive protective coating formulated to inhibit the corrossion of reinforcement as per manufacturer\"s specification.
3Applying 2 coats of bonding agent with synthetic multi functional rubber emulsion having adhesive and water proofing properties by mixing with water in population (1 bonding agent : 4 water : 6 cement) as per manufacturers specification
4Applying epoxy based reactive jointing the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer\"s specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 kg /m2of concrete surface).
5Controlled cement concrete with wel graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement with complete design of concreteas per IS:456 and relevant special publications, submission of job mix formula after preliminary mix design after testing of concrete cubes as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Consumption of cement will not be less than 300 kg of cement with Super plasticiser per cubic meter controlled concrete but actual consumption will be determind on the basis of prellminary test & job mix formula. ( Using Concrete Mixer.)M 30 Grade Pakur Variety From Heel beem to top of reservoir.
6Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. initial straighteningand removal of loose rust (if necessary), cuttingto requisitelength, hooking and bendingto correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every inter-section, complete as per drawing and direction.Tor steel/Mild Steel Add extra over the rate of ground floor initial 4 m for each basement floor and each additionalfloorbelow ground floor.(ii) Above 4th floor roof per addl floor every 4 m. a)From Heel beam and upto top of reservoir.
7Hire and labour charges for shuttering for concrete work in overhead R.C. Reservoir on separate R.C. frame including fitting, fixing and striking off after completion of work including staging upto 4 m using ply board or steel shuttering.
8Extra for staging beyond 4 m [Mode of Measurment] Area of unsupported horizontal projection (where staging beyond 4 m is practically un-avoidable) x mean height of staging] abobe initial 4 m,
9Labour for Chipping of concrete surface before taking up plastering work.
10Plaster (to wall, floor, celling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamferingcorners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/ staging where necessary. ( Exciudingcost of chipping over concrete surface). With 1:4 cement mortar 10 mm thick plaster i) From G.L. to top of reservoir (for external surface).
11With 1:4 cement mortar 20 mm thick plaster i) inside of reservoir (for internal surface)
12Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc. with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement ( as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works, using cement @1.75kg./sqm all complete including all materials and labour. 3 mm thick topping (High polishing grinding on this item is not premitted) with ordinary cement. (Using grey cement). 20 mm thick.
13Neat Cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall, dado, window, sills, floor, drain etc.
14Provision for embosing the name and capacity of reservoir with 20 mm thick (3:1) raised sand cement plaster withletter size 30 cm x 20 cm. on the outside of shell wall of the reservoir painted complete as per direction of EIC.
15Supplying, fitting, fixing 900 mm high G.I. pipe railing for R.C.C stair cat ladder walk way fabrication,erection,welding of 40 mm G.I (NON TATA medium) pipe place at top of railing and 2 nos 25 mm dia. G.I pipe (NON TATA medium) placed equally in between railing top & floor, vertical post of railling are 40 mm dia. G.I pipe (NON TATA medium) placed at 900 mm c/c . The each end of the vertical post is join by the 62 mm (25 mm X 6 mm X 0.062 m long) MS flat and 150 mm length (propes pipes) are grouted in concrete base of stair, walk way etc. All complete with supplying of all materials including hoisting up to the any height complete with 2 coats oF painting with super gloss (Hi gloss) in any shade except white and black over a coat of primer complete as per direction of E.I.C. Analysis of rate enclosed in seperate sheets.
16Supplying fitting fixing MS Ladder consisting of 65 mm X 6 mm MS Flat bar strainger C/C with 65 mm X 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm th MS angel iron stays buit in RCC (No of stays are to be provided as per direction) painting two coats of anti-corressive paint over a coat of priming etc. complete as per direction of EIC.
17Supplying mosquito proof net of polythine (NETLON) size 75 cm x 75 cm for ventillator including fitting fixing in the bestsal wood frame 8 cm x 5 cm cross section withnecessary wooden batten fixing the assembly with necessary MS clamp in RCC wall at the lantern.
18(A)Earthing with 50mm.dia G.I. pipe3.64mm.thick x 3mtr. (10”-0”) long and l;1 x 4SWG G.I. (Ho dip)wire 4mtr. long 13mm. dia x 80mm.long G.I.Bolts, double nuts , washer including S&F 15mm.dia G.I.pipe protection (1mtr. long) to be filled with bitumen partly below ground level to an av. Depth of 3.65m below G.L. and restoring the surface duly rammed as per IEE rule i)For soft soil. a)By ISI Medium G.I.Pipe.
19Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion piant including scraping and preparingthe surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer`s specification and as per direction of the EIC.
20Protective and decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality as per manufacturor`s specification and as per direction of EIC to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rates includes the cost of materials, labour, scaffolding and all other incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. Noamal Acrylic Emulsion
21Making arrangment for water tightness test conforming to the provision laid down in IS 3370 (Part-I) 1956 by filling with water upto top water level (TWL) as shown in the drawing and as per direction of EIC for the tank proper inc. the arrangment of water its carriage and lifting by necy pipes, fitting pumping machineriesetc. all required for the purpose (in case the water be arranged by the Deptt the payment will be made at a reduced of Rs. 14/Cu.mtr.)
22Disinfection and washing the tank and pipes connection inc cleaning the inside of the tank etc. complete
23Supplying hoisting, fitting, fixing approved type water level indicator with copper float, guide pulley, wire boards etc. as per standard specification and direction and satisfaction of EIC
24Drilling hole in RCC/PCC inserting 15 mm dia G.I nipple a snozzles up to a maxmimum depth of 500 mm. Fixing nozzles with non shrink grouting and mixtures with cement including sealing the nozzles with the cement and non shrink admixture and jute yarn after completion of grouting including cost of cement and admixture, labour supervisior etc to be provided by the Agency with all tools and tackels all complete as per direction of EIC
25Making low pressure and high pressure injection grouting with cement bentonite, merble dust and intraplast EP with a proportion of 1:0.02:.05:0.01 be weight grouting to be executed with compressure machine mixing time to be four minutes with the water cement ration of 0.35 including the cost of cement admixute, labour supervisior etc to be provided by the Agency with all tools and tackels all complete as per direction of EIC.
26Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity (Do-by fine sand)
27Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.(Pakur Variety )
28Cleaning compound premises of shurb, plants, jungle etc by cutting and removing as directed ( Specific permission of Engineer in charge prior to execution will be necessary ) ( Payment to be made on area cleared )
29Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.
30Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on surface if necessary:On steel or metal surface: with super gloss (hi gloss) Two Coats (with any shade except white)
31Add 18% GST (SGST-9% CGST-9%)(Payment to be made as per prevailing rules in vogue & as per actual executed )
32Add1% for labour welfare cess (Payment to be made as per prevailing rules in vogue & as per actual executed )
