| 1 | Removing of F.I Pump from engine Assembly at site:- the job shallfirst include removing of Fuel injection lines( 06nos) at workingShalimar site Srinagar. The job then includes looseningof Crankshaft Pulley & removing of belt. Timing of Pump i.e number one cylinder is at top dead centre is to maintained by the mechanic(highly skilled) while removing Pump. The job shall include dismantling of Engine Guard & radiator Grillassembly in order to remove F.I Pump assembly efficiently with proper care. The job shall required Special tools to removing Injectors (06 nos.) from engine chamber without damaging its body. The job shall further include fitting of F.I Pump and its accessories back to Engine Assembly. The tools/tackles/mechanic( highly skilled) to be provided by firm itself. The job include transportation charges for shifting Mechanics/ tools to the working site of machine. The F.I. Pump should be Overhauled at authorized workshop of BOSCH. |
| 2 | Overhauling of F.I.PUMP:-. The job comprises of overhauling of Inline Fuel injection pump Assy. which includes dismantling of control rack, removal of delivery valves along with plunge, delivery valve springs and plunger return spring,, bearing, distance piece, Drive shaft and elements. The job shall then includes washing of Pump Assembly with HSD. The job further includes calibration of fuel injection pump for checking the deliverance of fuel and phasing of fuel injection pump for assessing the fuel injection timing. The job further includes testing of fuel injection pump on the pressure testing machine up todesired working pressure & RPM (1200).Then checking up of Pump for the satisfactory performance of the fuel injection pump on machine and testing it under various load conditions properly. The F.I. Pump should be Overhauled at authorized workshop of BOSCH. |

| 9 | Removing of Turbo Charger Assy from Engine:- The job includes dismantling of damaged Turbo Charger from the Engine.The job includes unbolting of Turbo Charger from Engine by the way of removing all necessary electrical & mechanical connections. The job further includes fitting of Turbo Charger back to engine at site after necessary repairs. |
| 10 | Repairs to Turbo Charger by the way of replacement of damaged parts viz compressor wheel (01no.), turbine wheel (01no.) shaft bearings, impeller housing (01no.) seals by new ones. The job includes dismantling of damaged Turbo Charger from the Engine and fitting of the same after necessary repairs. The job also includes removing of old gasket from the exhaust manifold and pipe and removing all plastic or foam blanking plugs from Turbo. The job includes the positioning of Turbo on manifold or Engine Block using the correct new gasket & O’ Rings and then reconnect the exhaust pipe and tighten all nuts and bolts to correct torque. The job also includes installation of new inlet and outlet air hoses to Turbo charger compressor housing and make sure that the connection is airtight. The job is to be carried out utilizing the services of skilled mechanics with utmost care so that components are not damaged. The job also includes shifting, handling, loading unloading ,carriage of above components from site of work to workshop contractorof and back after its repairs/ replacements |
