| 9 | Minor Breakdown Manintenance as defined in scope of work & technical specifications. Minor faults in the installed items are where no major breakdown has occurred. In Minor Breakdown Maintenance, system is to be stabilized in maximum duration of 12 working hours from the time of instruction by SE/EIC and shall mean a team of (1+4) Engineer + Assistants. Rates will be inclusive of boarding, lodging, local conveyance, mobilization & demobilization, manpower, equipment, tools & tackles and all other incidental cost. Work schedule will be as per instruction of Site engineer/EIC. |
| 10 | Major Breakdown Manintenance as defined in scope of work & technical specifications.Work shall be termed as Major breakdown, if items such as crane, specialized lifting equipment, highly skilled man-power deputation, major spares replacements, etc. are required.[spare shall be given by IOCL or extra payment shall be made for this],In this, system is to be stabilized in time schedule given by Engineer In Charge. Rates will be inclusive of boarding, lodging, local conveyance, mobilization & demobilization, manpower, equipment, tools & tackles and all other incidental cost. |
| 11 | Attending Power failure to system in CP/RCP/MOV station as defined in scope of work & technical specifications. Stations have LT power supply controlled by MCB/contactor. Restoration after Power failure/supply interruption to the input terminal of main system installed, is only in scope of this work. Power failure or interruption issue is to be attended by (restoring supply)/(bypassing inverter) within 6 hours(from the time of instruction by SE/EIC). In case of fault in Inverter/battery/battery charger, it must be repaired and reinstalled in station within 72 hours (from the time of instruction by SE/EIC) [cost of any part replacement will be paid extra]. Contractor has to arrange for repairing of Inverter/battery/battery chargerRates will be inclusive of boarding, lodging, local conveyance, mobilization & demobilization, manpower, equipment, tools & tackles and all other incidental cost.
