Carrying Out Soil Investigation As Perfollowing:- ( A ) Boring Through Sand / Clay / Silt Strata From Ground Level To 7 Mtrs Or Depth Of Refusal Whichever Is Less For Bldg Structure ( B ) Carrying Out Standard Penetration Test In Bore Holes As Is2131-1985 ( C ) Collecting Disturbed Sample At Every 1.0 Mtr Or Change Of Strata Including Packing And Handling All Complete. ( D ) Collecting Undistrubed Samples At Every 1.5 Mtr Or Change Of Strata Including Packing Andhandling All Complete As Per Is2132-1985 ( E ) Carrying Out Laboratory Test For ;- ( I ) Grain Size ( Ii ) Liquid And Plastic Limit And Swelling Index ( Iii ) Natural Moisture Content ( Iv ) Specific Gravity ( V ) Bilk And Dry Density ( Vi ) Shear Characteristic From Un Disturbed Sample Using Direct Shear / Tri Axial Shear Test. ( Vii ) Unconfined Compression Test. ( Viii ) Consolidation Test. ( Ix ) Free Swell Index. ( F ) The Report To Include Clearly The Following Parameters :- ( I ) Safe Bearing Capacity Of Soil. ( Ii ) Whether Effect Of High Water Table Been Considered Or Not In Working Out Sbc. Recommendation For Sbc Based On Shear And Settlement Criteria Including Recommendation For Improvement Of Sbc If Any. ( Iii ) Type Of Soil. ( Iv ) Suggested Size And Depth For Single / Double Storied Bldg. ( V ) Sulphate Content Of Soil. Total = 02 Nos Of Boreholes. 2. Submission Of Soil Investigation Report For All 02 Nos Of Bores In Soft And Hard Copies In Quadruplicate With Recommendation Of Foundation , Preparation Of Structural Design And Architectural Drawings Of Rt Grid Bldg For The Work At Af Stn Dinjan Under Ge ( Af ) Mohanbari. ( Plinth Area Of Bldg= 80.70Sqm As Per Line Plan Attached ) . Note :- ( A ) Architectural Drawings, Structural Design & Drawing Incl Design Calculation Folder Shall Be Vetted By Iit / Govt Engg College In Original. ( B ) Bidder Shall Have To Submit 5 Copies Of Drawings In A3 Size And Soft Copy In Cd. ( C ) Soil Investigation Carried Out As Per S No. 1 Above Shall Be Utilised For Foundation Design. , Preparation Of Structural Design Of “Guard Rest Room” For Work At Af Stn Dinjan Under Ge ( Af ) Mohanbari ( Plinth Area 62.00 Sqm As Per Line Plan Attached ) . Note :- ( A ) Architectural Drawings, Structural Design & Drawing Incl Design Calculation Folder Shall Be Vetted By Iit / Govt Engg College In Original. ( B ) Bidder Shall Have To Submit 5 Copies Of Drawings In A3 Size And Soft Copy In Cd. Carrying out Soil Investigation as perfollowing:- (a) Boring through sand / clay/ silt strata from ground level to 7 mtrs or depth of refusal whichever is less for bldg structure (b) Carrying out standard penetration test in bore holes as IS2131-1985 (c) Collecting disturbed sample at every 1.0 mtr or change of strata including packing and handling all complete. (d) Collecting undistrubed samples at every 1.5 mtr or change of strata including packing andhandling all complete as per IS2132-1985 (e) Carrying out laboratory test for ;- (i) Grain size (ii) Liquid and plastic limit and swelling index (iii) Natural moisture content (iv) Specific gravity (v) Bilk and Dry density (vi) Shear characteristic from un disturbed sample using direct shear / tri axial shear test. (vii) Unconfined compression test. (viii) Consolidation test. (ix) Free swell index. (f) The report to include clearly the following parameters :- (i) Safe bearing capacity of soil. (ii) Whether effect of high water table been considered or not in working out SBC. Recommendation for SBC based on shear and settlement criteria including recommendation for improvement of SBC if any. (iii) Type of soil. (iv) Suggested size and depth for single/Double storied bldg. (v) Sulphate content of soil. Total = 02 Nos of Boreholes. 2. Submission of soil investigation report for all 02 Nos of bores in soft and hard copies in quadruplicate with recommendation of foundation
2	Preparation of Structural design and Architectural Drawings of RT GRID Bldg for the work at AF Stn Dinjan under GE (AF) Mohanbari. (Plinth Area of Bldg= 80.70Sqm as per line plan attached). Note :- (a) Architectural Drawings, Structural Design & Drawing incl Design Calculation folder shall be vetted by IIT/Govt Engg College in original. (b) Bidder Shall have to submit 5 copies of drawings in A3 size and soft copy in CD. (c) Soil investigation carried out as per S No. 1 above shall be utilised for foundation design.
3	Preparation of structural design of “Guard Rest Room” for work at AF Stn Dinjan under GE (AF) Mohanbari(plinth area 62.00 Sqm as per line plan attached). Note :- (a) Architectural Drawings, Structural Design & Drawing incl Design Calculation folder shall be vetted by IIT/Govt Engg College in original. (b) Bidder Shall have to submit 5 copies of drawings in A3 size and soft copy in CD. (c) Soil investigation report for foundation design shall have be collected by bidder from office of AGE B/R Dinjan at AF Station Dinjan.
