Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Hvac System At Chandrasekhar Auditorium At Iucaa, Pune -Supply Of Vrv Air Conditioning System Comprising Of The Following Items - Outdoor Unit Suitable For Ambient Temperature Of 35 Deg C ( R410a Refrigerant ) With Multiple Inverter Scroll Compressor Only, Minimum 2 Nos. Of Compressor In Each System Having Low Noise Condenser Fans And With Multi-Connection Piping Kit, Digital Pressure Gauge Kit, Pipe Size Reducer Kit Etc.Compressors Shall Be Equipped With Invertor Controller Of Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor ( Igbt ) , Make - Mitsubishi / Daikin / General / Trane / Hitachi. Odu - 20 Hp Capacity With Combination Of Dc Inverter Scroll Compressor And Constant Speed Hermetically Sealed Inverter Scroll Type Compressor Only Having Piping Connection Liquid Pipe 15.9 Mm, Gas Pipe 28.6 Mm. Btu Not Less Then 1, 91, 000. Air Flow Rate - Above 290 Cum Per Minutes Minimum At High Speed. Outdoor Must Have Auto Gas Charging Function. Capacity Control - 15-100%. The Control Panel Shall Have Incoming Power Mccbs / Elcbs / Mcbs As Per Vrv Unit Control Panel Specification.It Should Be Possible To Start And Stop The Unit From Remote Locations. Outdoor Units Should Be Installed As Per The Site Condition. 3 Sitc Of Suitable I- Touch Temperature Control :The Controller With Multi Communication Cabling Between Ahu Expansion Valves And Outdoor Units. A Multi-Functional Compact Centralized Controller Shall Be Provided With The System Which Shall Be Able To Control The Following Function. 1 ) Starting, Stopping Of Ahu Or Individual Unit 2 ) Temperature Setting Of Unit 3 ) Switching Between Temperature Control Modes, Switching Of Fan Speeds And Direction Of Air Flow, Enabling / Disabling Of Remote Controller Operation. 4 ) Monitoring Of Operation Status Such As Operation Mode And Temperature Setting Of Ahu System, Maintenance Information, Trouble Shooting Information. 5 ) Display Ofoperation History. For Suction Line And Liquid Lines. 6 Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of The Insulated Refrigerant Piping For All The Units With The Refnut As Per The Specs. The Insulation Shall Be Of 19Mm Thick Armaflex Make Through Out The Running Length Of Therefrigerant Piping. The Insulation Joints Shall Be Sealed With 3 Wide Fire Resistance Tape 13 Mm Thick Insulation 12 Electrical Cablingearthing, Cable Glands, End Terminations & Lugging For Vrv System. Cables Shall Be As Per Technical Specifications And Xlpe Insulated Type, 1.1 Kv Armoured With Overall Pvc Sheath Unless Otherwise Stated. 4C X 10 Sq.Mm Cu. Armoured Conductor Cable 13 Control Cabling : All Cabling Rates To Include End Terminations As Per Specifications. Cables Shall Be As Per Technical Specifications And Xlpe Insulated Type Unless Otherwise Stated.2C X 1.5 Sq.Mm Cu. Armoured Conductor Cable Or As Per ManufacturerS Requirements. 14 Supply And Installation Of Gi Perforated Type Cable Trays Of The Following Sizes Fabricated Out Of Perforated Hot Dip Galvanised Ms Sheets Of Minimum 2 Mm Thick With 75 Mm Flange To Be Installed Horizontally Or Vertically. The Cable Tray Shall Be Complete Including Cost Of Bends, Elbows, Cross, Tees, Reducers Etc As Per Site Condition And Rate Shall Include Cost Of Anchor Fasteners, Screws, Nuts, Bolts And Misc. Other Fixing Hardware Painting Of Support Structure Etc As Required. Perforated Type G.I. Cable Tray With Gi Supportsand Cover Size - 300 Mm X 75 Mm. I ) Structural Steel Such As Ismc, Isa, Flats, Rods Etc To Be Used For Support Shall Be Included In This Item. Ii ) The Cable Tray Shall Be Factory Built. Bidder Shall Include In His Price, Required Numbers Of Tees, Crosses, Bends, Elbows Etc As Required As Per Actual Site Conditions. 15 Flushing, Cleaning And Drying Of Existing Ahu Coil ( Inner Side Of Refrigerant Pipes And Fins ) With Suitable Cleaning Agent. Please Note That The Refrigerant Gas Used For Existing Hvac Systems Is R-22. The Inside Of The Ahu Coil Refrigerant Piping Must Be Cleaned And Dried Before Connecting To The New Vrv System. 16 Refrigerant Gas Charging / Top Up With Vacuuming, Pressure Testing, Leak Testing Etc. 17 Testing, Commissioning And Balancing Of 20 Hp X 3 Nos Vrv / Vrf System With Existing Ahu As Per Site Requirements. The Entire New Vrv System With The Existing Ahu Should Be Operated And Monitored Continuously For 72 Hours After Satisfactory Installation. 18 Lifting, Shifting , Rigging Of All Outdoor Units, Pipes Etc. Up To Building Terrace Area With Required Equipments 19 Scaffolding For External Work Upto Building Terrace Area 20 Dismantling Of Existing Hvac System ( Compressor ( Chillers ) , Motors, Pumps, Cooling Tower With Water And Refrigerant Piping, Cables Etc. ) . 21 Cat ( B ) - Buy Back Items 22 Buy-Back ( Ie Minus ) Buy Back Offer For Existing 2 X 20 Tr Chiller ( Compressor ) Units, Pump Sets - 3 Nos. BTU not less then 1,91,000. Air flow rate - Above 290 CuM per minutes minimum at High speed. Outdoor Must Have Auto Gas Charging Function. Capacity Control - 15-100%. Outdoor Unit Sound Level not more then 65 db at a point 1 M front of Unit at a height of 1.5 M. The outdoor unit shall be factory assembled, weather proof casing , constructed from heavy gauge GI sheets steel panels and coated with baked enamel finish. The outdoor unit shall be completely factory wired, tested with all necessary controls & filled with first charge of refrigerant before delivering at site. The control panel shall have incoming power MCCBs/ ELCBs/ MCBs as per VRV unit control panel specification.It should be possible to start and stop the unit from remote locations. Outdoor units should be installed as per the site condition.
3SITC of suitable I- Touch Temperature Control :The controller with multi communication cabling between AHU expansion Valves and outdoor units. A multi-functional compact centralized controller shall be provided with the system which shall be able to control the following function. 1) Starting, stopping of AHU or individual unit 2) Temperature setting of unit 3) Switching between temperature control modes, switching of fan speeds and direction of air flow, enabling /disabling of remote controller operation. 4) Monitoring of operation status such as operation mode and temperature setting of AHU system, maintenance information, trouble shooting information. 5) Display ofoperation history. The controllers shall have wide screen userfriendly colour LCD display and can be wired by a non-polar two wire transmission cable to a distance of 1Km.
4SITC of suitable Electronic Expansion Valve kit with control box to control Temperature of AHU having continues stability of 1.0 Deg Celsius with Inlet / Outlet Joining kit.
5Imported distributive refrigerant Copper Piping joints (T Shape joints, Y joints, branch headers etc. for suction line and liquid lines.
6Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of the insulated refrigerant piping for all the units with the refnut as per the specs. The insulation shall be of 19mm thick Armaflex make through out the running length of therefrigerant piping. The piping with GI tray shall be well supported at specific intervals with anchor fasteners. Both refrigerant suction and liquid line shall be insulated. 28.8 (11/8) or as per Manufacturer"s specifications

10MS structural work and special supporting structure for condensing units, duly epoxy painted with 2 coat.
11Supply, fabrication & Installation of thermal insulation on GI ducts complete with Physically crosslinked polyolefin foamwith factory laminated reinforced aluminium foil facing with EPDM fire properties as per BS 476 Part 6 & 7 as per the specification. The insulation joints shall be sealed with 3" wide Fire resistance tape 13 mm thick insulation
12Electrical CablingEarthing, Cable Glands, End terminations & Lugging for VRV system. Cables shall be as per Technical Specifications and XLPE insulated type, 1.1 Kv armoured with overall PVC sheath unless otherwise stated. 4C x 10 sq.mm Cu. armoured conductor cable
13Control cabling : All Cabling rates to include End terminations as per specifications. Cables shall be as per Technical Specifications and XLPE insulated type unless otherwise stated.2C x 1.5 sq.mm Cu. Armoured conductor cable or as per manufacturer"s requirements.
14Supply and installation of GI perforated type cable trays of the following sizes fabricated out of perforated hot dip galvanised MS sheets of minimum 2 mm thick with 75 mm flange to be installed horizontally or vertically. The cable tray shall be complete including cost of bends, elbows, cross, tees, reducers etc as per site condition and rate shall include cost of anchor fasteners, screws, nuts, bolts and misc. other fixing hardware painting of support structure etc as required. Perforated Type G.I. Cable Tray with GI Supportsand cover Size - 300 mm X 75 mm. i) Structural steel such as ISMC, ISA, flats, rods etc to be used for support shall be included in this item. ii) The cable tray shall be factory built. Bidder shall include in his price, required numbers of Tees, Crosses, Bends, Elbows etc as required as per actual site conditions.
15Flushing, Cleaning and Drying of existing AHU Coil (Inner side of Refrigerant pipes and fins) with suitable cleaning agent. Please note that the refrigerant gas used for existing HVAC systems is R-22. The inside of the AHU coil refrigerant piping must be cleaned and dried before connecting to the new VRV system.
16Refrigerant Gas Charging/top up with vacuuming, pressure testing, Leak testing etc.
17Testing, Commissioning and balancing of 20 HP X 3 Nos VRV/VRF system with existing AHU as per site requirements. The entire new VRV system with the existing AHU should be operated and monitored continuously for 72 hours after satisfactory installation.
18Lifting, Shifting , Rigging of all outdoor units, Pipes etc. up to building terrace area with required equipments
19Scaffolding for external work upto building terrace area
20Dismantling of existing HVAC system (Compressor (Chillers), Motors, Pumps, Cooling Tower with water and refrigerant piping, Cables etc.).
