Dust suppression of road surface using 9/12/15/18 KL Capacity tanker to keep the road surface properly wet including hiring charges of tankers all tools and plants, payment of driver, cost of POL etc all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge as detailed below (in all 03 (three) shifts):-From July to Sep = 3 times (1st Shift - 1 time , 2nd Shift -1 time, 3rd Shift - 1 time) From Oct to Jan = 8 times (1st Shift - 3 times, 2nd Shift - 3 times and 3 Shift - 2 times) From Feb to March = 8 times (1st Shift - 3 times, 2nd Shift 3 times and 3rd Shift - 2 times) From April to June = 10 times (1st Shift - 4 times, 2nd Shift - 4 times and 3rd Shift - 2 times) NOTE:- (1) Minimum 03 nos tankers of 9/12/15/18 KL or equivalent capacity each required to engaging during July to Sept, 05 Nos tankers from Oct to January of 9/12/15/18 KL Capacity, 05 Nos. tankers fromFeb to Marchof 9/12/15/18 KLCapacity and 07 Nos tankers from April toJune of 9/12/15/18 KLCapacityand additional 2 Nos stand by tanker has to be provided by the agency during full claim period. (Tanker 9000.00 ltr capacity orequivalent for calculation purpose as required)(2) Bidder are requested to quote their rate as per scope of work enclosed in NIT.(3) Tankers shall be allowed to be deployed after checking the road worthiness by E&M Department.(4) 45 days period, out of 1 year is to be considered for wet days on which dust suppression may be not required.(5) Approximate no. of trips considered for each season, but actual trip may vary as per site condition. (6) The tankers shall be fitted with GPS and the record of GPS is to be submitted for bill preparation & payment.
