Of Holes Of 50-60Mm Dia On Gt Cover And Bearing A Non-Fractured Load Of 5Mt. , Frp Manhole Cover With Frame For 500Mm Dia Clear Opening In Frame With Bearing A Non-Fractured Load Of 10Mt. , Frp Manhole Cover With Frame For 300X300mm Dia Clear Opening In Frame With Bearing A Non-Fractured Load Of 5Mt. , Conditions:- 1. The Material Shall Be Supplied At Any Ndmc Stores As Per Instruction Of Engineer In Charge. 2. The Quoted Rates Shall Be Net, Inclusive Of All Taxes I.E. Gst, Cartage Etc. And Nothing Extra Shall Be Paid Over The Quoted Rates In This Account To The Contractor. 3. The Material Shall Be Supplied Proportionate To The Time Of Completion Of Supply And As Per The Directions Of The Engineer In Charge. 4. Ndmc Will Have The Right To Inspect The Manufacturer’S Workshop Of Authorized Dealer Of Manufacturers / Dealers / Suppliers And Casting Process. 5. The Samples Shall Be Sent To Testing Laboratory For Its Load Test As Per The Directions Of Engineer In Charge And Payment Will Be Made After Getting Satisfactory Test Report From Testing Laboratory. 6. The Agency Shall Submit The Manufacturing Test Certificate Of All The Items. 7. The Following Information Shall Be Clearly And Permanently Casted / Engraved On The Cover:- I. Manufacturer Trade Mark Of Name. Ii. Year Of Manufacturing Iii. With Words Ndmc.
