| 1 | Scope of Work (A):- 1. Cleaning of machine components, chasis and machine frame thoroughly prior to replacement .2. Demounting/dismantling of deteriorated parts and sub-assemblies, harness, hoses, tubes linkages, tie rods, radial rods steering cylinder, hoist jack, hydraulic and transmission pumps, propeller shaft etc.3. Cleaning of oil tanks.4. Repalcement of hoses, tubes gaskets, O-rings of all hydraulic transmission, coolant fuel lines as per OEM guidelines.5.Inspection and repairing of complete electrical wiring and all sensors, relay as per OEM recommendation.6. Overhauling of front brake group as per OEM guidelines. 7. .Inspection and repairing of all electrical and electronic gauges and controls of operator cabin.8. Testing and adjustments by maintaining all fluids and lubricant levels as per OEM specified levels. Engine valve lash testing and adjustment, engine\"s injector trim code calibration, injector solenoid testing and cylinder cutout testing should be done as per OEM guidelines. All system parameters, pressure should be checked and adjusted as OEM specifications. |
