The job involves disconnecting of all electrical connections and dismantling the induction motor and pumping unit from the base frame with the help of manual labour, other tools and tackles. Dismantling the Pump and Repairing the pump by way of replacing the damaged parts by providing and fitting of 2 no. bearing on DE and NDE as per sample. Providing and fitting of impeller – 2 no. Providing/ Fabrication/Fitting of new coupling pulley set along with coupling bolts nuts and rubber bushes as per sample. Providing and fitting of bearing bracket on DE of the pump. Providing/ fitting of shaft sleeves 3 no. (SS) along with check nuts as per sample. Providing and fitting of glands with studs on both sides of the pump with nuts. Providing and fitting of neck rings, body bushes. Assembling of the pump and shift in mechanical transport and unloading at site along with rotor and sides cover of the Motor with the help of manual labour. Fitting of pump and motor on base frame and fastening the coupling bolts after proper alignment, greasing and providing packing materials. Job also includes providing and fitting of sluice valve and NRV 1 no. each by way of disassembly old valves and assembly of new valves with the help of tools and tackles. Connecting all electricals connections and test the HC pump set on full load conditions. Job includes cost of material, tools, tackles, shifting charges, crane charges and labour charges.
