2Mechanical Stabilisation of bed surface with Rubble Soling, for all the section where CTB has failed, or severly damaged:Construction of 230mm thickness Rubble Soling work using mechanical means with boulders size ranging from 200mm to 50mm and surface finishing with coarse sand including all lift leads, carrying from stacked location to affected site by manual means, surface finish of soling, compaction of soling layer. Sand Cushion of 1 cm to 2 cm are to be ensured at bottom and top of soling. Proper packing of void in Soling layer with appropriate stone size and sand, etc. complete in all respect.
