M. fitted and fixed after tying the existing reinforcement on concrete without distributing the same and with proper scarping and cleaning the reinforcement and disturbed concrete with wire brush etc. after applying a coat of cement including the cost of wire netting I.R.C or X. 20Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (a) Steel shuttering or 9 to 12 mm thick approved quality ply board shuttering in any concrete work (i)At ground floor.

25Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary),cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m (i) Tor steel/Mild Steel I. SAIL/ TATA/RINL a) At ground floor.

30Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
31Cleaning the exposed reinforcement preferably upto full diameter by wire brush, applying two coats of polymer based rust removing compound left for 24 hours, removing the coating and then applying two (2) coats of polymer modified anti corrosive protective coating formulated to inhibit the corrosion of reinforcement as per manufacturer"s specification] [Mode of measurement:The affected surface area of reinforcement shall be considered for payment].
32Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer"s specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface). Note: Applicable only when the full diameter of reinforcement steel is exposed.
33Applying 2 coats of bonding agent with synthetic multi functional rubber emulsion having adhesive and water proofing properties by mixing with water in proportion (1 bonding agent : 4 water : 6 cement) as per Manufacturer"s specification.
34Extra rate for using water proofing and plasticising admixture @ 0.2% by weight of cement (or at manufacturer"s specified rate) for concrete of various grades.
35Supplying preparing and placement of ready mix non shrink cementious micro concrete having no metalic aggregate or chlorides for repairing and jackting of damaged R.C.C.members. The micro concrete should achieve a compressive strength not less than 10 MP aafter 24 hours. 40Mpa after 7 days and 50Mpa aftre 28 days at 300C.It should have unrestrained expansion in between 1 to 4%. flexural strength shall not be less than 5MPa after 28 days. Micro concrete should have a co-efficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete.
36Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works using cement @ 1.75 kg/sq.m all complete including all materials and labour. 75Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
76Supplying and application of chemical for post Installed rebar connection by using ETA approved for seismic criteria In rebar connection, Including drill/ng hole to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleonlng with brush & jet of clean air, /ill/ng chemical usIng serrated noule to eliminate mIxIng error and in a voldless manner IncludIng charges for all tools & plants. Application to be designed for post· Installed rebars as per ECZ/TR023 or relevant tested of rebar fixing whIch should be furnished by manufacturer. The installation and Injection process should and the setting instructions should be strIctly followed as per manufacturer"s specl/icatlons as approved byEIC prior to drlll/ng along with post· Installed rebar embedment design report. The existing concrete member should be scanned using rebar scanner to avoid hitting existing reinforcement in concrete during drilling. Notes: 1)This rate is excluding the cost of scaffolding. 2)This work should not be excuted without specific permission of Superintending Engineerof the respective circle and Injection process should be executed in the presence of officer not below the rank of Assistant Engineer to supervise the work minutely. 3) Rebar grouting Is specifically required for extension and strengthening purpose of old or existing RCCstructural members with new RCCstructural members through rebar fixing chemical Item without breaking beam, coloumn, roof slab, lintel, cellina etc.
