| 3 | Evening Performance at main venue: The Agency is required to present a concept for the entire event, Assuming a duration of minimum 5-10 minutes per act, the Agency is required to propose minimum 8 performing acts in different themes as part of the 120 minute programme The themes of the proposed acts should be befitting not only to the cultural & patriotic background, but also holistic development of the State /UT in recent times. The Agency must ensure a seamless transition from one act to another. |
| 4 | Performances of 150 artists, themed choreography with props. Group should be National level dance group with high quality and experienced dancers. The themed performances will have background of remix music or newly composed music and lyrics. The performances by national level dance group may be interpersed with the performances of the local groups. |

| 6 | Agency has to invite and bring the Bollywood celebrities in the festival.Any Celebrity from among Akshay Kumar, Amitabh Bachan or Ajay Devgan may be brought and choreographed as per the theme.If a new artist not figuring in the list given above is introduced in the tentative list of artist during the currency of the live tender, it shall be ensured that minimum 3 days are available to the bidder, the tender closing date if required shall accordingly be extended. |
