Supplying & fixing 90mm PVC valve for flushing out first flow of roof water including cost of tee, bend etc. labour for dismanting the well parapet to insert 90mm PVC pipe and making good after work: earth work in all classes of soil excluding dressing of sieds remaning of bottom (lift upto 1.5 m) and getting out the excavated earth 50m away from the edge of the trench etc: (care should be taken to protect the side wall of the well as per direction): supplying, conveying and placing in position (one above the other) 5 nos precast concrete circular rings of outer diameter 0.9m to 1.2m and height 0.3 m inside the site lowering it in to the excavated portion of the existing well, (below ground level at adepth 0.9m-3 nos rings) seating over cement concrete pointing the joints between the rings with cement motor, filling the gap between the rings and earth surface with locally available gravelly earth/assorted filter media, compacting it up to the ground level, placing remaining rings and covering the top of the rings with a precast concrete cover slab: supplying and filling filter media inside the cement concrete rings already fixed in position with 40mm broken stone-0.3 m thick, 20mm broken stone-0.15m thick, 12mm broken stone-0.15m thick, 6mm broken stone- 0.10m thick etc complete for carefully finished work. |
| 3 | Clearing grass and other overgrowth vegetations and small trees of girth up to 30cm including rooting out and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 150 metres outside the periphery of the area to be cleared: earth work excavation by, mechanical means (hydraulic excavatory)/manual in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and remaining of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus soil as directed with in alead of 50m providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of entering and shuttering with 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 coarse sand (zone-III_: 8 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) around the well for platform and plastering over it with CM 1:4, 12mm thick floated hard and trowelled smooth including watering, during etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers: supplying 7 precast cement concrete ring of dia 0.90m to 1.20m and .30m height, lowering it in the excavated portion of the existing well(below ground level at a depth 0.9m- 30.08m rings): seating it over cement concrete: pointing the joints between the rings with cement motor filling the gap between the rings and earth surface with locally available gravelly earth/assorted filter media, compacting it up to the ground level.Placing remaining rings of the same size over it (4 nos above ground level) so as to form the side protection and parapet wall to the well including all lead lift and other labour charges etc complete. |
