    Supply Of Gene Synthesis With Codon Optimization And Sequence Verification , Gene Synthesis With Codon Optimization And Sequence Verification ( 9000 Bp, 4 Microgram Scale, Sequence Verified ) . 1. Synthetic Dna Should Be Cloned In Optimized Cloning Vectors With A Selection Marker ( Preferably Antibiotic Marker ) . 2. Vendor Should Provide A List Of Vectors For Cloning Of The Synthesized Dna Free Of Charge. 3. For In Vitro Transcription Applications, Choice Of Cloning Vector That Can Be Directly Utilized For In Vitro Transcription Should Be Given At No Additional Cost. 4. Analysis Of The Sequence And Codon Optimization Should Be Done Free Of Charge. 5. A Minimum Of Four Microgram Of Final Construct Should Be Provided. 6. The Bidder Shall Keep The Sequence Information Provided Confidential. 7. All Synthesis Products Should Be Sequence Verified On Both Strands Prior To Shipping. 8. The Synthesis Of The Gene Construct Should Include The Following: A. Synthesis Of The Dna Fragment B. Sequence Verification Of The Dna Fragment C. Cloning Of The Fragment Into A Suitable Vector D. Preparation Of The Plasmid And Supply Of At Least 4 Ug Of The Final Construct. 9. The Bidder Shall Quote For A Total Of 9000 Base Pair Of Gene Synthesis With Size Range Of 400-4000 Bp. 10. The Bidder Shall Submit The Soft Copy Of The Sequence Of Synthesized Construct And The Plasmid. Sequencing Information Including Chromatograms, A Plasmid Map, And A Fasta File Should Be Made Available. 11. The Bidder Shall Provide Documentary Evidence Of Having Executed Atleast Five Gene Synthesis Orders ( At Least Four In Dae Institutes ) .
