22Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type step down transformer, 11000/433 Volts (at no load) AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz capacity100KVA, core type, copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil natural, air natural (ONAN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol.DYN-11 (Vector Group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at + 2.5% to + 7.5% HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear.The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree Celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree Celsius.The transformer shall be IS : 1180 Level 2 marked and shall comprise of the following :- (a) On HT side (Primary side) consisting of three Nos porcelain bushing with brass spindle with brass nuts and washers to hold the HT cable lugs complete. 24Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, Extensible Outdoor Fixed Type (IP55), RMU (Ring main unit) 3-way comprising of 1 No 630 Amps, Motorised Load Break Switches (Comprising one No. Incomers) & 2 Nos. Vacuum Circuit Breaker as Outgoing, inside welded stainless steel (Non Ferrite Non Megnetic Grade) tank having min. thickness 3+0.5 mm having IP 67 Degree of Protection. RMU should be provided with Copper busbars internal, external as well as earthing busbars should be of copper, Resin cast ring core protection CT on cables 150-75/1 Amp, 5P10, 2.5 VA - 3 No"s. & Resin cast ring core metering CT 150-75/1 Amp, Cl 1.0, 2.5 VA - 3 No"s. on cables, one number fault passage indicator per unit, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for Internal arc test of 20kA/1 sec as per IEC62271-200. (n) Make of Vaccum Interrupter and RMU should be same. (o) Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS Standards. (p) Manual operation of Load Break switch should be possible without dismantling the motor from RMU. The motor should be fitted in such a way that it should not be outside front covers of RMU.

Plug-in type bushing shall not be acceptable. (r) The Cable termination of RMU should be front accessible only. And minimum 3 module should accommodate in one tank to avoid multiple coupling at site. (s) PCC 1:2:4. type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for foundation of RMU as per recommendations of manufacturers of directed by EIC. 33Serial item No 16.00 Contd.... Notes(a) All armoured cables shall enter through bottom of the feeder pillar duly glanded and socketed and connected to MCCB/cable terminal. Cost of glanding socketing etc are deemed to be included in the unit rate of feeder pillar. (b) All the out going cable shall be terminated in bakellite cable connector and shall be duly glanded and socketed. (c) All the cables (power and control wiring ) should be terminated duly socketed with heavy duty tinned copper lugs, GI bolts/screws nuts, flat washers and spring washers as required. (d) White acrylic marker plate (for feeder / switch marking ) to be provided with black lettering by heat press machine as indicated in drawing and to be pasted over the panel door/near the cable connector with high quality adhesive. (e) The cost of platform/foundation with PCC shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (f) The consolidated rate for Srl Nos. 16.00, 16.10 & 16.20 shall be quoted against Srl No. 16.00 of BOQ.
34M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawing and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for protection of earth wire and connected to continous earth lead on pole/test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust common salt PCC 1:2:4 type B1, chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12mm dia, PGI/CI funnel and wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 5 on srl page No 497 of SSR Part I (2009)drawing and connection to earth test point including testing and including dismantling and taking out old earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The cost of earth lead /strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip upto 7.5m is included in the quoted rate. (ii)The cost of excavation, earth work is included in the quoted rate.
